I took out a title loan with presto but unfortunately soon after is when someone broke into my car and the transmission blew on the second vehicle. I called more than once and explained the situation since I use my car for income. I made a call to explain it again and asked for more time to pay. I spoke to an associate that allowed me more time to pay into the 7th of April. The loan isnt even more than 60days passed due according to the manager. I asked multiple times if the cars would be in repo status during the extended time and I was told that the vehicles were safe and if I failed to pay on the date I promised then it would go back into the repo stage . Later that night I got back home and one of the vehicles was taken any way. I called in the morning and the manager refused to allow me to listen to the call recording . I tried to be as nice as I could because I understand they were doing their jobs . A verbal agreement is binding in ******* and theyve broken that agreement. They asked me to pay 7k to get one car back dispute me calling in and getting granted the extension.

******* ****** ("Customer") obtained a loan from ********************** Title **********************, LLC. ("Presto") on 1/20/2025. The Customer had made a few promises to pay which were not kept. The vehicle was placed out for repossession on 3/24/25, which the customer was 34 days past due on her first payment. On 3/25/25 the Customer made another promise to pay the next week and was told that "repossession was a possibility if we do not receive a payment." Later that day on 3/25/25 the vehicle was repossessed. The vehicle had already been out for repossession and the order is not cancelled unless a payment is made, which no payment had been made. If the Customer has any further questions, she may call **** ******** at ************.

Mr. ****** ****** (customer) obtained his loan from **********************, LLC. ************************ on 8/1/24. His first payment was due on 9/1/24. Mr. ****** failed to make his 1st payment on the loan, our collections department attempted to work with Mr. ****** on numerous occasions with Mr. ****** making promises to pay on 9/13, 9/17 and 10/1. Mr. ****** failed to make payments on any of these dates. On 10/1/24 Mr. ****** became two payments past due on his account which he had not yet made a single payment. Mr. ****** vehicle was placed out for repossession and was later repossessed. Presto mailed Mr. ****** his Notice of Intent (***) to dispose of his vehicle which gives him 15 days to make arrangement to make a payment and prevent his vehicle from being sold. Mr. ****** claimed he never received the *** and **** ******** (collections manager) offered to email him a copy which Mr. ****** refused. Mr. ****** still has not made any payments. The vehicle was repossessed on 10/3/24 and on 10/4/24 Mr. ****** was provided the phone number to the inventory manager for him to call and make an appointment to retrieve his personal belongings from the vehicle. It was not until 10/18/24 that Mr. ****** picked up his personal items. Mr. ****** has repeatedly been rude and aggressive towards our employees even though they have attempted to work with him and provide him with the information he has requested. Mr. ****** may call **** ******** at ************ if he has any further questions.

I filled out the form with the correct bank account. ****** neglected to read the paperwork and sent money to a bank account that, although in my name, was in litigaion and i could not retrieve funds. Admitting their mistake they immediately sent the same amount to the right account. I was a month behind due to illness and they reposessed my car. Now they are not admitting their mistake or willing to work with me on the extra funds sent to the wrong account.

Mr. ****** ***** had a loan with Presto Loan Centers, LLC, with the funds originally deposited into his bank account, from which payments were also taken. When Mr. ***** requested a loan increase, Presto approved it and confirmed whether to use the same account for the deposit, to which he agreed. Later that day, Mr. ***** informed Presto that he was now using a different bank account, and the funds had been deposited into his old account, which he was having issues with. Presto offered to provide another $500 increase and deposit it into his new account, but made it clear he was still responsible for the original $500 increase, as the bank had already accepted the original funds.

Mr. ***** provided his new banking details, and Presto completed the second increase, depositing the money into his new account. Any issues with the old bank account are between Mr. ***** and his bank, not Presto. Since then, Mr. ***** has not made any payments and has repeatedly broken promises to pay. Presto has been in contact with him for over a month, trying to work out a payment solution, but Mr. ***** has failed to follow through, forcing Presto to escalate collection efforts.

If Mr. ***** has any further questions, he may call district manager **** ******** at ************.

This vehicle was left abandoned by the customer. An impounding agency took possession of the vehicle and most likely sold it. At no time has Presto had possession of the vehicle.

You can see I was making payments every month. I don't understand why your refusing to work with me to reinstate my loan. I didn't realize I was a month behind as my mom just passed away and have had a lot to deal with. I understand that's no excuse but it was a honest mistake and seeing that I was making payments every month there's nothing you could have done to work with me like defer a payment or now just reinstate my loan and let me continue to make payments. That vehicle is my lively hood and again I understand now that I missed Decembers payment. But could something have been done to work with me seeing that I have made every payment since then. And your employees could be a little more sensitive to fact that my vehicle my means of getting back and forth to work everyday was just reposed I understand it's just simple math it was an honest mistake in a very difficult time.

Presto had my automobile repossessed and I did not get a loan from them, I do not know the transaction date because I did not get the loan therefore I have no paperwork from this company. I have tried calling and speaking with multiple employees and they are very rude and they laugh and hang up on me. I asked them to pull the cameras compare the signatures to do whatever they need to do to know what I am telling them is the truth. This is an absolute horrible company they definitely need training on professionalism as they have made me feel like nothing with them treating me like they have, I have never known a company that just hangs up on people that are trying to respectfully communicate with them. Also, the fact that they gave someone a loan and came and repossessed my vehicle and they refuse to provide me any information (i.e. transaction date, Amount, where my car is, access to cameras) this is information that a business normally provides, but not Presto they will not tell me anything. Can you please help me?

The customer ***** ****** obtained a loan on 5/18/22. On the application, his mother and grandmother are listed as references. The title to the vehicle matches the ** that was provided to us. The utility **** and paystubs provided also listed Mr. ******* On numerous occasions throughout the loan, the number listed in this complaint was called along with other phone numbers listed on application and received over the phone from references. On a couple of occasions calls came from these phone numbers requesting an increase to the loan. Presto employees are trained to be patient and understanding while trying to collect on accounts that are past due. On this particular account, Presto representatives on several occasions had to disconnect the phone call because of profane abuse being received from the customer or those authorized on the account. Presto tries to work with customers to come up with mutually acceptable arrangements. At no time was any successful payment made on this account. By reviewing our notes on the account and the paperwork we received, Presto considers this account to be a valid and legal loan. If the customer would like to discuss further, he may speak to District Manager **** ******* at *************
