He was 62 days late on his payment. He was driving with expired TRP. If car gets repo, We had to go there to take it out of impound lot because he has no paperwork. He moved out of sate and refused to give us information about his whereabouts.

My boyfriend bought a vehicle from this company back in Jan 2024, and due to financial reasons we moved back to ** for a better financial space. My boyfriend scheduled a payment to be deducted out of card Friday, and agreed with ***** to avoid any complications. In stead they came to repo the car after only 21 days late on a payment. They then continued to ignore calls & blocked phone numbers to avoid any communication. When asked to provide payments & contracts there was no response. All of our belongings are in the vehicle, and they refuse to respond.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in November 6, 21 as a birthday present for my mom. The dealer disclosed the vehicle had a clean carfax and was in great condition. I asked for items to be repaired which was documented on the paperwork when I purchased the car. I have been waiting since November for the repair. I have contacted the dealer a dozen times, with no updates. Since taking possession, I have replaced the brakes, rotors, changed all the fluids, replaced the leaking wiper fluid hose, both driver and passenger lower assembly arms, changed the the driver and passenger CV boot axels. I have spent ******* on repairs on a vehicle my mom hasn't driven over 500 miles. ** addition, the trunk does not open or shut which was my original complaint. The dealer was supposed to replace both trunk shocks and they claimed they did but the trunk does not work. Their lack of responsiveness is inexcusable. I also feel they sold me a car with issues that were not disclosed. They have not followed through on anything they promised. I also purchased a warranty from them. The warranty was sold as covering everything for the vehicle. I hasn't covered anything that's been broken. I canceled the warranty on 3/25/22. The warranty company sent the $2387.05 refund to the dealer. The dealer only refunded me $2014.67 on May 11, 22. This business should be accountable for their unfair and unethical business practices. After escalating my issues with the owner, Mo,he advised me they will not fix my car.

******** and ***** test drove the vehicle and love it. We financed the vehicle. At the time of delivery they noticed the trunk do not open with the key. We told them we will fix it.We gave them a loaner car and took it to ******* ************** They fixed it.After 4 months they told us trunk stop working again. We told them it is under warranty by ******* ************** Please take it to them directly as I spoke to ***** the owner. They refused to do saying You sold us this car and you take it to them. We agreed and gave ***** ride home. After that they started to call us every 30 minutes. We told them we are waiting for ***** to update us. We also told them to please call directly ***** but they refused. We told them as soon as we hear from ***** we will let you know but they continue to call us every 30 minutes. Finally ***** told us he ordered the Part from ********************** told me because of supply issue, parts are backlog. Then ***** called  and wants to talk to me. He started to talk non stop. I asked him If he wants me to update the status about the vehicle, he said go ahead. The moment I speak, he interrupted me. I asked him again you want me to update him about the status of the vehicle, he said yes go ahead. The moment I try to talk, he interruped me again and started talking non stop. When he interruped me 4th time, I told him ***** please call me back when you are ready to listen. Within a minute he gave me 1-star review saying I hang up phone on him. As for as warranty is concerned, they were insisting to give them the warranty refund check. We told them, since you financed the vehcle, warranty refund will go to the bank. ******** got mad and she also gave us bad review. Within and hour husband and wife gave us 2 bad reviews. We spent almost $1500.00 on the talgate repair with ******* ************** Now with  2 bad reviews, I am not going to spend a dime on their vehicle.Period!

I purchased the car 11/6/21. The dealer agreed to repair the trunk. I left the car with the dealer to complete the repairs and picked it up 11/30. My mom called in December and said the trunk was not working and the brakes were shaking. I called Certified and they said to bring it in to repair the trunk. I picked up the car and brought it to Acura to check the brakes on 2/18/22. Acura advised the many issues with the car including the trunk. They said the parts installed were used and someone had "rigged" it. I called ***** he said they paid for new parts and the mechanic bought used ones. He said he ordered new trunk parts from Acura and they were backordered. I waited 2 months and didn't hear from Certified about the parts so I called. ***** said to drop off the car on May 6 so the mechanic could fix the trunk. I also canceled the car warranty purchased from Certified since it didn't cover anything. I sent the cancellation to NVP on 3/20/22 received 3/25/22. NVP issued the refund to Certified on 4/6/22. As of 5/05/22, the dealer hadnt issued a refund for $2387.05 to me. As of 5/12/22 we still hadn't received an update on the vehicle. When we called, ***** said the mechanic JUST ordered the parts. Even though ***** said the parts were ordered in February. I told him I wanted to talk to the owner, pick up the car since my mom was without one since January, and I wanted my check. I was told there wasn't a check. Mo said the check went to my finance company. After the calls with ***** and Mo, and such poor service, my husband left a review on Certified Luxurys site. When Mo read the review he called and said he refuses to fix the car. On 5/13/22 I contacted my credit union and was advised Certified only sent $2014.67 on 5/11/22. I have a car that STILL isnt fixed, and the dealer did not refund the warranty full amount. Certified Luxury owes me $372.38 from my warranty and the repairs to the trunk as documented on my paperwork.

She is not telling the truth. Arizon ************** bought the parts from Acura which covers one year warranty. That's why they are giving free replacement parts they sold in November. Despite many requests to ***** and ******** talk to ***** who fixed the car, they kept insisting you sold us the vehicle, we will only talk to you. So they call us, we call ***** and then we have to call them. They were calling us dozens times a day. I am doing business with ***** for over 20 years. I never had any problem with him. I told them it is very hard for 3 way communication. I told them if ***** refuse to help you, I am responsible. They gave us 2 bad reviews. They got the warranty refund pro rated. I am not going to spend anymore money with people who gave me 2 bad reviews based on lies.

Certified Luxury Auto has treated me with disrespect and has a skewed recollection of the events that have transpired. I have a signed contract that states Certified Luxury Auto would fix the parts that are not working and they have not. They also did not refund me the amount due from my warranty cancelation. It is absurd that a company can remain in business that has blatantly breached their own contract and as also withheld funds for months due to a customer! Lie? What do I have to gain from lying? A fixed vehicle and a refund of funds that are due to me? Certified Luxury has refused to fix my vehicle and has brazenly admitted it in his response below. Businesses should not retaliate against customers for expressing their accounts of working with a business. You just cannot refuse to honor your contract due to a bad review. This whole process has been the worst purchasing experience.
