    1) Vacation to ***** booking hotel reservations through Precious Memories Network from 1/6/25 to 1/13/25.2) On 1/1/25 my wife, ******* *****,called Advise Nurse because she was having issues with constant coughing.She did a Covid test, which was negative and the nurse advice to make an appointment with ****************************3) My wife,******* *****, made an appointment with *********, which prescribed several medication that she needed to take. ( we can provide medical records through Stanford MyHealth. As a result my wife spent the next 2 weeks recovering.4) I called Precious Memories Network on 1/2/25 to notify them of the situation and that we needed to cancel our trip. Their cancellation policy stated that anything after 12/28/2024 would require a full penalty of $1656.42 and it was the policy of their supplier. I called the hotel directly and they policy was to charge a 1 night stay, but was not able to do anything about it because we booking through a 3rd party.5) I thing Precious Memories Network should have been able to come up with a better solution rather than a penalty of 100% of the 1 week stay.
