      These companies, Fast Keto 4 Me (57.98)and One Stop Test Kit (*****) , *********************************** are charging me for items I never ordered. I believe this is to be Fraud. I would ask that you investigate this matter as it is affecting my credit scores. Both items on my bank statement on August 12. I never ordered this nor do I need these items. I also never received these items. Hope to hear from you soon.

      I have not received any products from this company nor do I want a subscription. There is no way to get in contact with them to stop them from deducting money from my account.

      I cannot find contact information to cancel this subscription. It was supposed to be a trial and then they just simply disappeared. I cannot find any contact info on them.

      I received a package from Fast Keto, PO Box **** in ******, **. *** never heard of them and have never placed an order with them. This happened at the same time that I tried to order VigorVita CBD, but my card was declined so I removed my order and closed my phone. A few days later I received the order where my card was declined and never put through and also an order from Fast Keto which I had never placed. *** called to get a RMA for the Fast Keto but they will not give me one because they said they had all my information. I dont know how or where they got it but it wasnt from me and I told them I would be disputing the charge. Once that was said they have not been cooperative at all. All I want is my money returned for something I didnt order. Is there anything that can be done about this? I would be appreciative of any help. ******************* ********************** **********

      I want to cancel my subscription and there is no email to contact. The phone number listed with my bank is out of service - ************. I am being charged $24.98/month for this product that was sent to me and I want to cancel. I haven't been able to cancel for over a year.

      I have been trying to cancel this order for months. I have returned packages "Return to Sender". I tried calling 3 months ago to cancel and they still keep arriving and being charged ****** to my CC. The contact number on my CC statement is disconnected! This is ridiculous!!! I want to return the bottles and get refunds for the past 6 months!!! Please help!!!

      Name: KetoFast Date of Subscription: 6/30/20 Original Total Billed: $154.94 ************************ ************** (but reached a lady assisting with insurance benefits )Website says: ************************************ Originally billed as HealthGenixFit Now billed two times each month as VertexKeto at $9.99 for each charge. I have reached out to cancel this but cannot locate anyone to stop this transaction.I only received the first month of products. I called immediately and canceled the future transactions. I have not been receiving any products but they have apparently been billing me.Please assist me in stopping this fraudulent transaction. Thank you.

      I placed an order with keto fast on 11/26/22 with order #*****. The original order was supposed to be a total of $160. I was charged $260 instead. I received the product on 12/7/22. I haven't used any of the product.There are no phone numbers on the confirmation emails or on the packing slip in order to cancel. The phone number listed on the BBB site for the company goes to a different tech company and can't locate the order number, my name or anything else in order to cancel.I am now getting charged for a second order that I never authorized as I was very careful to read all of the fine print on the original order to not be auto renewed.This is ridiculous and such a scam.

      Thank you for contacting us today and sharing your concern. I do not see any attempts of the customer calling or emailing our support department.  I am happy to research further if the customer can provide documentation.

      Per the customer's request I have cancelled the account listed under ************************ as of 01/13/2022. The last transaction that took place was on 01/11/2022, since the complaint was filed on 01/07/2022, we went ahead and refunded the transaction that took place on 01/11/2022.

      You will receive no further charges or shipments.

      You should be receiving an auto generated email from our billing system confirming this cancellation as well.
