            We recently stayed at a property managed by sedona.org, ****** Canyon Terrace (*****************************************), res #*****, 10/2/21-10/9/21. After arriving home, I noticed that I was missing a small beaded sterling silver hoop earring. I immediately took a picture & emailed to the management company on 10/11/21. I followed up with a phone call the next day. I didn't get the name of the young lady, but she stated she would send the pic to housekeeping. She called me back to state housekeeping had found the earring and it would cost $25 plus shipping. She stated she would call me when she received the earring & to get a card for the charges/mail. I called back on 10/18/21 to inquire about the earring. I was told that housekeeping left the earring for discovery or operations. Therefore the earring was left at the property & was no where to be found. They lost it. I requested to speak with management. He stated that property left is not their responsibility but I told him it was found & now lost.

            One star is one star too many for this wretched company!! I booked Tanglewood Treasure two months in advance for myself, my 3 children, and two dogs. We fell in love with this property and were so excited to stay there. Driving from ******************* with this crew took two days, with a stopover in *******. Towards the end of our first day of travel, the day before we were to check in, this outfit called and told me that we could not stay in this unit. Apparently they had discovered in the walk through the day before that the ** wasn't working. They refused to call a same/next day repair person to honor our long-standing reservation. Instead they offered a sub-standard unit with very little compensation. When I told them it wasn't acceptable, they said they could refund my money, and I could find my own place. Mind you, this was the day we were driving into ******* to begin our stay. When I suggested they call someone to fix it, they became rude, condescending, and even LESS helpful. Come to find out, there was a review on this property dated TWO full weeks before our stay stating the ** didn't seem to be working properly. Sedona.org replied soon after apologizing and stating they would have it repaired in time for their next guest. Please visit Airbnb Tanglewood Treasure and read ******'s review. Not only did they LIE about when it was discovered, but they had two weeks to repair it in time for our reservation and, obviously, did NOTHING about fixing it. Horrible company from start to finish. BEWARE!!!
