    Paid one time transfer fee of $500.00 on March 31, 2021 to continue roof warranty. There is 17 years left on warranty. Must have yearly inspections to keep warranty going and each year we pay a pro-rated amount for roof repairs if needed. First year went well Candias was helpful and sent a roof report and pictures after inspection of roof. The following year when inspection time came I called and spoke to a ***** **** explained he bought the company from Candias and would be taking over inspections and warranty. Someone came and did inspection but, never sent a report or pictures. **** explained that he fired that guy for trying to steal business from him and after that, each time we spoke to **** he had a new set of excuses why he didnt show up when he said he would. It has been 4 months of trying reach him and now he just doesnt answer our calls. We have a roof leak and **** is aware of it and has not made any attempt to fulfill the warranty. ROCB138549

    Hired this roofer October 3rd to repair roof. Paid a large deposit for materials and was told the job would be done in two weeks. Last week, crew dropped off materials and came back the next day and worked 1 hour. Contacted the company by phone and text to find out when this job would be completed. No answers. I expected crew to arrive yesterday to complete the job. I have been getting no response from the company. The job is for a flat roof and requires warm temperature to apply the coating. I am very unhappy and frustrated that my job isn't getting done in the timely manner as promised . I need a communication from the company and how they plan to resolve this issue. If they can't do the job as promised, I would expect a full refund.

    In December of 2020, I contracted with Versatile Roofing to redo a flat roof on a rental property in ******. The job was completed in February 2021. I paid $4867.00 and the job included a "10 Year No-Leak Workmanship Warranty will be provided from Versatile Roofing on a full ****** Acrylic Restoration." I did the required maintenance appointments as stated in the agreement. In July (2022) the roof began leaking in *******. I called Versatile to do the repair, but had to follow-up 5 times over the course of one week to get a response. The response I did get was that they couldn't do it along with a long excuse. After 8 weeks of going back and forth with **** at the company, they sent someone to do a temporary repair stating that they didn't know if they could do a permanent repair, but that they would get back with me within a week. I followed up incessantly again only to have them ignore all of communications. The roof is now leaking again and all of the repair work we had done inside is destroyed. We would like a full refund as well as an additional $1500 for the interior damage.
