On Sat Sep 23 my wife, *************************, had a medical emergebncy while staying at ********************** in ********. They called EMS who took her to Summit Health cars ER in ********.On Mon Sep 24 I received a call from *************************** at Summit *********** Billing *************) asking that I pay $1665 that she said was ******'s co-pay for an ER visit. My wifes problems are serious and I know that we will hit the $7500 deductible and I wanted to make sure the $1665 wouldd apply toward the deductible and I asked for her to email a bill. I gave her my CC nbr trusting the she would email a bill.For two days she shined me on with feeble excuses about sending the bill and whar she finally sent was a receipt. I expressed my concern and she forwared my email to ********************************* who sent me a running total. but not a bill.I'm ******************************************************************** Because of *******'s pressure for payment and false statements I reluctantly sent them money and they never sent a bill and ******* knew there was no bill.I am asking they return the funds to my CC and not contact me for payment until I have the final bill, after Humana pays their share I will pay mine. I don't know if this is fraudulent but it'a certainly deceptive and deceitful.
