- Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds when switching suppliers. However, customers are allowed and encouraged to use fuel already purchased. Most companies respect this and will leave a tank connected to use up fuel before connecting their tank. In other cases a 20% restocking fee would apply.
There may be a fee to pickup the tank and a charge to pump out the tank. Customer should call for current rates if this occurs. The US Department of Transportation legally allows us transfer a tank from a customer's site to our yard with greater than 5% in the tank. Per these same DOT regulations, will have to pump the tank down to below 5% in order to move the tank from our yard to another account. The physical pumping out of the fuel may not occur on the customers premises.
