    Company Charge Way over and Above a reasonable rate. We needed to get a part for our Heating Unit which was under warranty. We called the company we bought the new heater from and they told us we or whoever could go and pick up the part we needed at no cost -just give them the serial #'s. The guy said he would pick up product and come back=which he did. Took him less than 1/2 hr to do that and only about 10 minutes to install the new part. I believe they take advantage of 'older' people in this area as he charged almost ****** to do that. Husband didn't know what else to do so he charged it on CC. The guy didn't even check for leaks to the gas unit.
