    UPDATE - He didnt register the unit so the compressor wasnt covered under the 5 year warranty. Trying to get this guy to cover his mistake is a waste of time. Dont do business with this *****.I am only writing this because I'm disappointed in ***** I bought 2 condensers for my walk-in cooler in July 2020 and the compressor failed on one unit on July 2024. It has a 5 year warranty so I called and talked to ******************** believe and explained the situation. Now she was pleasant and tried to looked for the warranty registration. After 2 days I finally asked if he had looked into the matter and she stated he told her any company can handle the warranty and that they were overbooked. That they wouldn't be able to come out and service the machines.Pretty sad when someone spends 18.5k with a company and they don't have the common decency to even take a look. I guess my money or business isn't good enough for them.Just be aware if you need warranty work from this company they will probably ghost you. They just want that up front money to put new units in and don't want to deal with tedious warranty work.

    ?????????? M&R first came out on a Sunday when no one else would. The Tech **** made every effort to try and get the old unit working. He was completely transparent in not wanting to charge me for what wont change the outcome and just waste money. I appreciate that!! Got a quote for a new unit and the price was by far better than any previous quotes. The owner ******* communicated directly with us through the entire process. He also went the extra mile to make us as comfortable as possible while we had to wait.

    06/29/2023 They charged me $469 to replace a capacitor in the outside unit of my heat pump. A heat pump capacitor costs between $15 and $45 according to:************************************************************************** Average replacement cost: $180 That means they charged me over $400 for labor. If you enjoy being price gouged when vulnerable then this company is for you. Otherwise call someone else.

    I am sorry that you have not had to provide a truck for the technician to service you.I am sorry that you have not had to pay employee high wages with beneifts that everyone demands and deserves in today's time. I am sorry that you have not had to realize the cost of running a business with trucks, fuel and maintenance.I am sorry that we carry the financial burden to keep parts stocked in our vans to service you promptly as efficient as possible. I am sorry that you think everything you read online is true. I am sorry that you feel things should be cheaper because I AM SURE EVERYONE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THINGS BE CHEAPER including M&R Refrigeration. My parts do not cost what you think they cost. Quality parts, technicians and fleets do not come cheap. We also provided an American made product with a 5-year unconditional warranty. This part that we stand by costs a lot more than the Chinese made part you reference for cost.Most of all I am sorry that you have nothing better to do but go online and post bad reviews.
