              I had requested moving services from my apartment to my new house from Simple Price Moving LLC and spoke with Sinclar the owner. We agreed to a date, and I paid a deposit that was to be used to secure my appointment and go towards final payment after services were rendered. Come the agreed date, no contact was made with me and I attempted to contact ******* several times via iMessage, Calls and eMails to no response and being blocked in the end. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they have since come back stating that the merchant indicated this is valid and provided a receipt that I never received. I'm requesting a refund of the deposit as services were never performed and I did not cancel the request and was available during the agreed time frames

              Do not use this guy he ripped off a 78 year old grandmother. Literally stole from her. Double charged the amount he agreed to. ****** charged her credit card and refused to pay her back. Hes a thief.

              Maam this is getting extremely exhausting. If you want to tell a story please tell the truth. We went to ********** twice due to the face I repeatedly asked **** was she ready and was told multiple times that things were getting sold and it was going to be 1 26ft truck. We got there I had to get a second 26ft box truck. You disputed the charge as your right to do and they found it in my favor due to the text messages phone calls and invoice. So I kindly ask you both to please stop harassing me and my company or I will have to file charges due to harassment. If you want to peacefully talk you can call me at ************. I have moved **** numerous times and every time was appreciated on both our parts.
