    We have bought 2 new Subaru's from this dealership,a 2021 & 2022.My complaint is re: the sales manager ************* *********** were dealing w/ ****** to trade in the '21 Subaru.***** ingratiated himself into the process,which is understandable b/c I think ****** was new.We went to the dealership the week prior to service both of our vehicles.At that time both ************** evaluated the '21 we were looking to upgrade,that was purchased/maintained at this dealership.They gave my hubby some offers & we made plans to come back the next week as we were still shopping around.During that week we continued to communicate w/ ****** via text.We were never told about Subaru's trade-up program but that is neither here nor there.My hubby made plans to come back on 2/4/23 to meet w/ ****** to go over everything as if we were purchasing the car that my ***** had test drove & was interested in.Upon arrival at the dealership ****** took the keys of the '21 (trade-in) to check the mileage.After leaving to check the mileage.I walked around a bit while my husband stood outside the sales door.After 20min I asked my hubby what was going on.I was tired of waiting & my hubby told me that ************** were in the sales room.I looked over & saw a small group of men looking over at us.I gave them more 5min before I walked into the office & asked who ****** was.****** answered & I asked how much longer it was going to take before talking to us,but I didn't have a chance to say anything else before ***** interjected to tell me they were evaluating the trade,but if we had to go,he raised & dangled our keys side to side in front me w/ a smirk (not in my face though b/c I'm taller than all of the men who were gathered there).After almost 30min of waiting for a mileage check & no checking in w/ us,I was already irritated but was in shock by the dangling keys.I was in such disbelief I muttered ok and took the keys,walked to my hubby & we left.We haven't been contacted by anyone since the incident.
