    And employee of the ******* Surprise Ford dealership backed into another vehicle with my work van and damaged the door and bumper in the rear of the vehicle on July 27 2023 Since then I have received nothing but runaround from *** the service manager to get a rental vehicle to use while they repair my vehicle they are now saying they can no longer get a rental vehicle like my work van even though I have found many rentals in doing my own checking I am very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism getting this matter resolved after many months

    I am a retired 100% Disabled Veteran that has served his country, and its citizens, with pride. While in the military I took my job serious as a helicopter armament/ avionics/ electrical technician. The same way I put 100% in my job I expect others to do the same. I knew lives depended on the work I performed on Army attack helicopters. The same way I depend on my tail lights during night operations to provide me, and others on the road, a form of situational awareness.So, when I was pulled for my lights not operating my first thought was to take it to the dealer if a fuse didnt fix the issue. Well, it didnt. So, I trusted the guys at Surprise Ford to have run across this situation before.Apparently not because these dudes apparently change the fuse just like I did. The lights came on at the dealer long enough for them to get $1242.00 from me, but didnt last long enough for me to get across town.Was pulled over once; which prompted me to take it to **** in the first place. That was when I was made aware; didnt know they werent working before that. Luckily, it didnt happen again after I picked it up from the dealer. It was when I made it to my destination that I noticed it.How does a company freely operate without so much as a care for taking money from people without having done the job right; or at all?What if I didnt do my job correctly? Pilots lives would be lost. The enemy would have the advantage. Children would lose a parent. Unlike the aforementioned, I took an oath to serve and protect the people. Looks like Surprise Ford is only concerned about serving & protecting themselves.If they make good on the poor/ no service I received Ill consider editing this review. Until when/ if we reach that point this is what will remain. Everyone needs to see it. Everyone needs to be warned.Id give ZERO stars if I could
