We have used Plan B pools for the servicing of our pool for over 2 years. Service was initially ok, but significantly deteriorated in the past 6 months. Our family came to visit and we used the pool and 3 of them received a chemical irritant dermatitis, including our 4-year old grandson who was burned on his legs, back, chest and face. Had someone else come check our pool and our chlorine level was 60, our ph was about 10. It was as if we didnt have a service at all. I reached out to the owner, ****, to share my concerns and all he said was sounds like you need to find a new pool company and as I was asking what could have happened, he hung up on me. I would not recommend. We lost two weeks of service from them, but more importantly we lost the rest of the weeks use of the pool with our family during their vacation. Extremely unprofessional handling of a problem with a customer.

We never got the initial complaint due to you having the wrong email contact for us. This situation was resolved with the customer immediately without knowing about this. They were compensated promptly as an agreed on resolution and we agreed to discontinue service. They got the month refunded and a pool drain too. I do not feel I need to address this further and would like to find out what happens to this information now.
