    I am a maintenance customer for 2 properties. I have called twice in the past month and both times have been informed somebody will call me back. Nobody has called back. I just called for the 3rd time and said I was immediately filing with BBB. I will file a review every single day until I get a call back.

    My ac fan motor went out on Thursday 6-13-2024 so we called to have some one come out and look at it. They showed up and used a stick to turn the motor and said yup your fan is out. He pulled out his iPad and plugged the numbers in and gave me a quote for $1173, I pull up my contract from 5yrs ago and show him and he says it doesn't show anywhere on your order that it's under warranty, even though I am showing him the actual document. He asks so do you want us to do the repair. I ask him is this something I can do because I am mechanically inclined and able to do it. He said if I were you I would do it. This isn't my company so s**** them. He said he didn't have the part on him. And couldn't get another fan that afternoon. So it would be next week once it did come in. I pay a $100 diagnostic fee for him to use a stick he found in my back yard to turn the fan, he didn't use any tools or meters to diagnose my system. He was at my house for 5-10min. Now it's Friday I found the part and replace the run cap and the motor. All for $450. Ac is working good. On 6-17-2024 I get a quote by email for $497 and also stating that the motor is under warranty. So I call the service department and was told I'm sorry we missed up and now I am doing my due diligence by sending you an updated quote. After I was told my system wasn't under warranty and the terrible tech didn't do his part. And after I spend the money to fix my ac so my babies aren't in a hot house. I ask the manager if there was anything that can be done **** can recouped what I spent when I didn't need to. I was told nope I should've went with them and spent the $1173 and then I would be getting reimbursed. After being lied to I don't have the confidence that this company would've called me about the mix up or as they called it a miscommunication. This is straight dropping the ball and now don't want to make it right. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TECHNICIANS.

    They did fix my ac unit, But the 2nd tech sent out sure tried to rip me off. Telling me i needed a new fan and blower motor and a cap costing $2,000 more than the $3,500 I just paid them. He was sure pushing a new unit as well. Telling me mine was junk and I needed to get it replaced, He even went so far as to send a sales person out to me to ********** and he is the one who broke it lol.. I have another place look at unit. The tech unhooked my ac made it not work and left it like this so I had no ac at all. The guy is a ***** I would not hire them.

    We tried to reach out to you to resolve the issue, but you did not want to speak with us.  We could have rolled the repair we did on your broken coil into the cost of a new unit, since the additional issues were discovered.  We would never try to deceive anyone and would like the opportunity to help you make this issue right.  Sorry that your perception of the experience was not up to par for this issue.

    Very dishonest. Miss diagnosed the problem voluntary. They were charging me $24,563.00. to replace the whole system. I had a very honest man fix the problem by adding 2 pound of freon for $60.00. Wolfgangs was asking over $400.00

    I had this company install my new unit 2 years ago. I was talked into the "Maintenance Package" by the salesman and was led to believe I chose the plan that would cover all maintenance needs. Every "maintenance check-up" since then, I have been quoted for additional repairs on what should be considered maintenance items, like cleaning the coils. It seems like this company just wants to talk you into a maintenance plan so they can have an excuse to come out every 6 months and quote you for excessive charges. I just have to pay an additional $800 for cleaning the internal coils and the blower motor, which are all maintenance items. Luckily my contract will be up with them soon and I will be finding a different company to utilize for annual maintenance and inspections. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, save yourself some heartache and go somewhere else.

    This is to caution any persons in need of a plumber. Im talking about honesty, integrity and fairness in price of service. If you think $50 bucks worth of parts and less than 90 minutes of labor warrant a $700 invoice then these are your guys. Lord help you if you have a bigger job than I had. Proceed with caution.

    By now everyone knows that everything has gone up in price due to inflation, wage increases, and overall costs of doing business. All of our repairs are quoted upfront before the repair is made. We encourage everyone to ask questions prior to approving the work to be completed. A most recent market analysis shows that we are in the bottom 50% with our prices in our market. This means that over 50% of comparable companies of our size is priced higher than us. We don't like how everything has gone up in price but we have no control over inflation. We will always strive to be competitive in pricing and provide good, fast, and efficient service. We hope you will consider us again in the future.

    Hello everybody You are a worst AC company and earth Yes, mother company lying to me, I do not have 118 Fahrenheit for over 33 days AC All these promise to coming out and fixing, but my warranty unit doesnt want to fix them, promise me all the time a manager is calling back, but its not available Frustrating fixing my unit warranty looks like a never been fixed This kind of people never ever been this kind of this business Lying and always making a promise and taking different ************* Im trying to take it down this business forever This kind of company I hope is not serving for a people and a feature.Also, in a state of law, should be swap a unit after 10 days.Designate, offered me portable unit my house inside over 99 Fahrenheit Technician doesnt know what is doing Change your fuse, and something else and said oh you and your motherboard is broke OK no problem I work for solar power and solar system means never happen Wait for a motherboard seven days What happen a motherboard its not broken The technician make a mistake Sorry, your compressor is down I said ha Miss diagnosis, a technician and a whole company So hot my house I am dying inside a house These people doesnt care this company doesnt care let you die what you die Please, the teachers do not trust this people It is really rude to me over comb teeth five days I do not have AC in my house Please do not trust this company and I hope hes go out in business

    We have done everything within our power to help you. You purchased an unpopular brand of equipment from another company and expect us to carry warranty parts for something we don't sell. Your failed part is under warranty and must come directly from the manufacturer. We have no control over their inventory or when they manufacture the part and send it to us. We've been doing our best and have provided you with a temporary cooling unit to help during the high temps. We promise to come out and replace the failed part as soon as we receive the part from the factory. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

    Ive been getting quotes on getting my air conditioning unit replaced and ***** from Wolfgangs really stood out when he left his proposal. He took his time and was thorough with his quote. He focused on what I needed not what he wanted to sale. Highly recommend Wolfgangs for all of your Air Conditioning needs!

    This is the first time I have used Wolfgangs. My AC wasnt cooling right so they came out and replaced the capacitor for a cost of $500. That didnt fix the problem so they came out again and said I would need a new blower and some other things done for around $2000. I decided to purchase a new AC from them since mine was an older unit. They recommended a Bosch unit that was over $15,000 and it has never cooled properly since being installed two months ago. First they have been out numerous times trying to fix the high humidity. They even had a Bosch representative come out to make adjustments. After somewhat resolving the humidity problem there was a problem with air flow. They came out several more times trying to make adjustments to the unit and put in a new register and fixed a bent pipe saying this would fix the air flow problem but is still not blowing and cooling properly. They also said I needed more insulation and wouldnt come out again until I had that done. The insulation wont be installed for another two weeks and then they will come out after that making it almost 3 months of dealing with this brand new top of the line unit. I am highly disappointed with this Bosch AC and have asked for it to be replaced twice for a different brand but to no avail.

    Replacing your old broken a/c was a good decision due to it's condition and the required repairs. The new Bosch unit is working properly and your home will feel very comfortable after the missing insulation is replaced in your attic and bedroom wall. The factory rep from Bosch as well as our technicians verified the additional adjustments to the new system won't help until the insulation is completed. A different brand won't change the comfort or air flow. The curent issue is the home infiltration and lack of insulation. We will come back at no cost and make any needed adjustments on the new a/c after the insulation is completed.
