On January 10th, Arbor Care landscaping came to do yard work on my neighbors front and back yard, around 8:30am. I was awoken by the sound of the tree chopper. When I realized they were cutting the tree in the backyard, I told my husband, I hope they dont make a mess in our backyard since I just cleaned it yesterday. I went outside to my backyard and noticed a bunch of debris from the neighbors backyard and tree in my backyard. I then proceeded to go out front and speak to one of the workers and told him it needed to be cleaned up. He told me we didnt make a mess that was already there. I said no it wasnt I just cleaned my backyard yesterday! He said ok they will clean up the mess they made. I went back to my backyard to take pictures and another worker poked his head over the wall where the tree was and said we havent even finished the job and the clean up. He continued to say that the mess was already they and blah blah. I again proceeded to tell him that they needed to clean up the mess they made and he stated they would. I then left my home for an appointment and when I got back the company was gone and my back yard was a MESS! I called Arbor and voiced my concerns with the man on the other line and he requested pictures. I sent him the pictures. He then called me back stating that they couldnt clean up the mess because of my dog. My dog was INSIDE LOCKED UP. Then he said that they told me I needed to clean up the dog poo before they could clean it up. I was never told that. He then told me that they tried ringing my doorbell 3 times and didnt get an answer. I have a ring doorbell and NO ONE RANG MY DOORBELL while I was gone. He then proceeded to say that he would see when someone would be on this side of town to clean it up and refused to come back today and then HUNG UP on me. Very unprofessional. They left branches that can cause harm to my pup as well as all the debris.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
