    I was charged $999 by Hirey after I had already canceled my membership and explicitly asked not to be charged again. I emailed them on November 12, 2024, stating I wanted to end my subscription after the original term. Despite this, my credit card was charged in February 2025 without permission.I submitted a refund request on April 1, 2025. They asked for my information and said theyd respond in 35 business days, but I never heard back. Meanwhile, I started receiving daily messages and login alerts from their app, which never happened during my actual paid period.This company is ignoring my repeated refund requests and is continuing to act in bad faith.Desired Resolution:I want a full refund of the unauthorized $999 *********: my credit card company tried to help me get refund , but it was refused by Hirey .

    I was using the service to find recruits and was not having any luck, so I requested to cancel my subscription on Feb. 28 2025 (ending march 31 2025) I was charged the full monthly fee on April 2, 2025 even though I had received confirmation that my account was closed on March 24, 2025. I have been trying since then to receive a refund and have gotten the runaround. On May 16, I received and email saying that to process my refund I would have give them my payment information and a "hold would appear for ***** and then fall off and my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. It has been more than a week since this happened and I have not been refunded and the "hold" charge still appears on my account.

    Canceled their service effective 3-12-25. They are still trying to bill us, and they keep getting denied. I have tried calling them and have not been successful in getting this resolved. I have email them and have not gotten a response back that they will stop trying to charge the credit card.

    I signed up with Hirey and never found any potential hires for my business. I asked to be removed from their services and they are still attempting to bill me for another year:$999.00 payment to Hirey was unsuccessful We attempted to charge your **** ending in for your Hirey subscription again, but were unsuccessful. Please update your billing information to continue your subscription.This was yesterday, March 12 after 4 attempts at having them stop services. They simply refuse to stop trying to bill me

    After speaking with Hirey we decided to use them to try to find some licensed Property and Casualty people looking for jobs. Within two days I could tell that none of the people they sent me had their license and the quality of people sent was in the toilet. So I asked for a refund when I was on the phone with them. They disregarded it and multiple times sent emails to me saying they were working on it. Today they sent me an email saying I would have to sign up again and pay $499 to reactivate my account so they could give me my money back. This is a total scam. They need to refund my money. They never provided what they said they would and wouldn't cancel and refund it to me in a timely manner.

    On my first interaction was promised seven day trial so I could see what this company has to offer before paying any money. When I tried to log into the app, it said account banned. The person I was speaking with said that this was due to me having already used the free trial which I had not. So I told them I no longer needed their services.
    A couple months later I was contacted again and I explained my situation to that person and they said that they had no problem issuing me the free trial and so I sat on another presentation to be told afterwards that I already used my free trial so there isn’t one so then I told them Not to contact me anymore. I wasn’t going to use their service.
    Again recently I was contacted and I explained my situation to this person and they got me in front of a different Director in the customer retention department instead of from the sales department. This person promised to give me the free trial and said they sent an email to the tech department to make it happen. The next day, I asked why no one was getting back to me and they said they were told no I could in fact not have the free trial. I asked for them to remove all my information from their database and to never contact me again.
    Since then, it’s been a week, I have been contacted by three more people asking if I need agents and I keep asking them to delete my information out of their records and to make sure that I do not get contacted again. I just want them to go away at this point and stop wasting my time.

    Please advise that I was contacted again last evening by Hirey. I hope to not be contacted again but also that the general public should be aware that this organization is scamming people. The reason I want to be on the do not call list is that they are using my company name and scamming people. We had to put out a company-wide message to not use Hirey and when I went into the presentations, 3 times, with 3 different sales reps, they told me my organization is using their services. This is not true. I recommend that people not give them their banking or credit card information or they WILL be scammed.

    Hirey has contacted me many times through social media and they often message my ******** and ********. There seems to be continuous new employees who don't understand when I tell them I've talked to someone from their company already and I do NOT want to use their services. They just don't go away. They will keep asking why and promising that it will be different this time. 

    Even after this, the process is a scam. They showed me the same "current" applicants 3 times over a year apart. The presentation is lies.

    Interviewed with ***** **** and was hired but before I could receive equipment I had to pay a fee for time toggle, and software. The company was ********************, and numerous other companies. This site has so many fraudalent employer's. Wanting to send you their company checks and than turn around and send money to vendor's. I have copies of checks they wanted me to deposit. And my bank is closing my account due this. Another Person her Company is called ******************** and the recruiter wanted me to give her money out of my account. I have lost over $1500.00. In scams for online employment please look into this Hirey App so innocent people do not lose their finances.

    Fake job ads have been placed using our company's stolen information and logo on a website called **************************. We are getting numerous phone calls and emails (starting 10/21/24) from job applicants who have been in contact with the scammers wondering if the job posting was legitimate. We have screenshots from their communications on the ************************** website, as well as screenshots of the fake virtual interviews that were conducted on ********* Teams. The scammers conduct fake interviews, extend a fake job offer, then have the applicants fill out "hiring paperwork" that discloses their personal and banking information for "payroll". We have no idea how many people have sent these scammers their sensitive information. We have contacted ************************** about removing the fake ads, and they have been less than helpful. The ad is still up four days after we reported it to them and requested it be taken down. Please look into the website **************************. I have found a ton of bad reviews from them online, and it seems to be a hotspot for scammers. We have also filed a fraud report with the ***.

    Do not use them. The reality was nothing as promised. There was zero response to the emails or any contact information they provided. They sent only very unqualified candidates in completely different fields from ours. They sent auto mechanics for banking jobs. There was no option to ask or sort for qualifying information. Dont believe any response they give here.
