I picked this place to see if it can properly diagnose my car for the check engine light. And sound possibly coming from my clutch. After time later, not duplicating the sound for possible clutch replacement, they found "some" issues that needed to be addressed from my check engine light. I added in addition, an oil change $112.00, and plastic duct air take cover $17.00 totalling a quote of $1,055.02. I approved and gave them approval to take care of it, picking up my car when I received a message from the business that my car was done. I paid them in full, cash. Got my keys, asked for the parts I requested prior to arriving that ***** acknowledged and went to start my car, that ***** the check engine light came on, with one additional EPC code light that came on. I went back inside, and asked the gentleman. What I paid $1,055.02 for if I still have the same issues? He would need to diagnose my car and see what is wrong. I'm being dupped, the car has been at their facility for over a week, and they are using the interlock as an excuse. They failed to properly diagnose the car, took my money, and they have the odassity to make me feel like I'm the problem. I payed them what we agreed on, they completely showed and displayed full negligence as an auto shop to repair my car. Now I'm tied to this place that scammed me to begin with. I've been more then fair with my patience. I get I have an interlock, that is besides the problem here that they failed to properly diagnose the situation with their product and machine when, ***** the sales man didn't even want the code I had retrieved. It's very unprofessional for this business to waste my money and time for the customer to turn on the car and see the same stuff he took in for to begin with. It's sad, it's a problem and someone needs to be professional and take care of the issue instead of trying to CYA on three new complaints that's shouldn't have never seen light if the business, simply did its job the correct way.

Its sad that anyone leaves a review that is so one-sided from the real events.

He forgot to mention that the vehicle had a DUI interlock device installed on it. As a result, we waited over a week on the 1st visit before the interlock company provided us with a code to bypass the interlock before we could even start it. During that period, the customer unhappily contacted us on a daily basis for an update. We provided the services dictated by the fault codes +additional non related services requested by the customer.

Unfortunately, the multiple codes we initially diagnosed had masked some additional codes and the customer was extremely unhappy when he picked up the car and he then threatened to file complaints with multiple agencies. The customers dad called the same day and asked what we could do. We advised him to bring the car back and wed perform additional diagnostics to determine why there were still issues. The car was returned the next business day and we AGAIN had to request a new code to bypass the interlock on the car. While we waited for that, we were again contacted on a daily basis for an update by the customers dad.

We provided our new findings to the customers dad and he wanted us to perform the additional services for the new fault codes for FREE in good faith. We advised him that if he could find someone who was willing to go through all he and his son had put us through and they would agree to do the additional services for FREE and provide their acknowledgement in writing, wed consider it. We were again threatened, this time by the customers dad and it looks as if hes following through on all his threats.

The customer picked-up the car for which we did not charge any fees for the added time & effort wed spent on it.
