      Everyone is so eager to help and understanding of how delicate filing for bankruptcy can be. They are truly professionals! I would come back to them in the future, but with their expert advice and confidence they have helped me to build with managing my money I dont think Ill need to.

      Unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy so I was dreading my first appt. This office made a very difficult circumstance a lot easier to get thru.In a nutshellAll of the Staff was VERY friendly and professional, I experienced Top notch communication, they made sure that I had all of the contact information so that they could quickly respond every time I had a question or concern which put my mind at ease and I really appreciated that. Important side note: From the moment I walked into the office I felt relief because everything from the way the office was decorated with soothing lighting and comfy furniture to the very friendly Front Desk Admin to the Staff that I interacted with, made me feel like they went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and that everything would be ok. I felt like I received service above and beyond what I expected, and to my surprise they were very reasonably priced!I would Highly recommend this office! The owner created a beautiful Attorney/Client experience!????

      Making the decision to file bankruptcy is never a easy one to make, but I am so happy that I chose Oswalt Law Group. From my initial phone call, all my questions and concerns, to my 341 hearing has been an easy process. Everyone at Oswalt Law Group never judged me or made me feel uncomfortable about my decision to file bankruptcy. I would definitely recommend anyone that has the difficult decision to file bankruptcy, to make their 1st call to Oswalt Law Group.

      I am filing bankruptcy and this law firm has been nothing short of amazing. I paid my fees off a couple years ago, but due to some unexpected life circumstances I was unable to complete the process. I called the firm, fully believing I would have to pay extra costs and fees for waiting so long to contact them to file. I was so pleasantly surprised to hear they (I spoke with *****) would honor all of my previous payments and not have to pay anything extra for my lack of communication and waiting years to file. It has relieved so much of my worry and stress! Thank you so much!

      We filed Chapter 13 to keep our home. Though the next five years had its *** and downs, at no point did this law firm give up nor let us down. ALL of the staff was knowledgeable and caring. From start to finish. We just made our last payment to the trustee. It was a great feeling. Even better knowing we had Oswalt Law behind us.

      I would definitely recommend this law group. My attorney, ****************** was the best! She is knowledgeable, kind & helpful. They were also able to print everything I submitted to print. I was so grateful for this. The owner, *********************************** even called me after I signed & asked if everything went well & if all my questions were answered, they were. ****************
