  Very disappointed with this company. The sale **** deceived me into thinking he was only checking my credit eligibility when in fact I was signing a binding contract. This is the most crooked, underhanded thing ever done to me by a company I thought was reputable. I called customer service and the contract was canceled for which I am thankful. I would recommend you stay far away from this company.

  I needed a tub to shower conversion before thanksgiving. The Jacuzzi sales guy comes out and plays his games offering the job 22k and we settle at 15k (seven thousand less) without the shower door. Two statements were misleading That he could get it expedited and guarantee it will be done on time and no matter what they find it will be included in the ******** was not done on time and I had to spend 2000 more to another vendor because their installers could not complete the job. The Jacuzzi installer stated he could return on Friday after Thanksgiving which was another untrue statement. Jacuzzi did not want to pay the installer holiday pay and offered to finish the job the following week but I would need to miss work again. The scheduler and install manager continued to interrupt and give misleading statements on why the job could not be completed as promised and paid for. I received misleading sales promises, horrendous customer service and the job is still not complete.

  No! I am missing a shower door. I still cannot get the plumber out to fix my loss of hot water. customer service calls to schedule but leaves no call back number!!

  We went with jacuzzi bath to remodel our master shower took them months to ************* forward to June of this year, the base of the shower had a crack, we were told because of the lifetime warranty it'd be replaced (the whole thing) they tore out July 15th 2024 and had a shower kit to replace in their van, they said they couldn't install same day. They called the next day saying they didn't have my shower kit, they ordered the wrong one but that they were on it to replace. A month later, I have to reach out and shocker, they've had my kit but scheduling fell through. They came out August 22nd 2024 and were almost done with the work when an apprentice dropped a tool ruining the shower base, everything had to be ripped out. The supervisor said we'd be priority and our order would be rushed. Today September 30th 2024 and no one has reached out, we're calling and getting the run around from everything to we don't have an account, to we don't see your material here. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I'll be lucky to have my shower back before the end of next year at this rate

  Really great experience with one install and terrible experience with other. Shower floor has cracks, the finish work was sub par and I cannot get anyone for Jacuzzi to get back to me or come back out. The shower has been installed for less than 30 days.

  They claim they are a BBB accredited business on their website.I signed a contract with them on June 27, 2024. I gave the *** a check for the down payment at the time I signed the contract. They did the install on July 17. I gave the installer a check for the remainder amount when he completed the installation. That check was processed the following day. My deposit check was still not processed. I called them multiple times to ask why they had not processed my initial check. They gave me multiple stories, but couldnt explain why it hadnt been processed. I stopped payment on the check and called them to request the *** come to pick up another check. He picked that check up on August 2. On August 13 I called Jacuzzi to find out why my check had still not been processed. No explanation was given. I called them on September 4 and told them if my check wasnt processed through my bank by Friday, September 6, I would stop payment on that check and contact an attorney. Finally on Friday, September 6, the check finally cleared my account. I dont understand how it could take 2 1/2 months to get them to process payment. I have never tried so hard to pay a bill for work that was completed on July 17. They did a good job with installation, but their finance area is totally inept!

  Sub standard and incomplete work that was not followed up on as we had a Jacuzzi tub installed and it cannot be used due to their negligence.

  I'm selecting a Star rating because I can't submit this without it. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH ANYONE - Because these Salesman/Salespeople are hungry and will promise you the moon and not deliver.I/We were having problems with our original Contractor for a Bath remodel with one of Jacuzzi Bath's competitors so we made an appointment with Jacuzzi Bath to hear what they had to say. The Salesman came out and promised they could have our install in before the competitor. We signed a Contract with Jacuzzi but found out we couldn't cancel the previous one with the competitor without paying a re-stocking fee (nothing was ordered for 4 1/2 months so SMH). Therefore we CANCELLED with Jacuzzi on June 25, 2024 within the allotted time, but was told that didn't matter because with Jacuzzi we could CANCEL anytime with no re-stocking fee. Now we're getting emails from a ************ 1) that a payment was due - WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT 2) Jacuzzi is on the phone to schedule the install "IT'S CANCELLED" 3) Doorbell Rings - we're here to install your bath - IT'S CANCELLED 4) get a phone call less than 2 minutes after the doorbell - my guys tell me there is no install today - IT'S CANCELLED AS OF JUNE 25, 2024. What don't these people understand about IT'S CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The loan agreement date was 4/13/24 on my remodel.I never received anything from the sales person, not even a business card. All communication was done on line (which I'm not computer savvy). All I could find was the loan agreement, nothing on the actual contract. During the insulation, which was in mid May they damaged my turf with the glue they used. The shower seat was installed incorrect. The safety bar cap on the end was falling off. The crease between the wall in the shower, was separated, leaving room for possible water damage. ( all of these issues have been corrected other than the turf. ). However....My real issue is as follows When the actual install was done they told us that a door was was not included in my contract ($20,000) As I have tried to resolve this issue, I feel that that I have been taken advantage of due to me being elderly. Why would I or any one else do a remodel and not have a door put on the shower ? The floor pan is specifically designed for glass sliding doors.
