              Incomplete installation. When we contacted the company, their installers were not available. They recommend we hire someone to complete the installation and they would refund us the cost. 2 years later and 4 invoices, still no refund. They ghost all of our calls and do not return our emails.

              I ordered the cabinets and their delivery time was several weeks beyond the committed time and now the cabinets and drawers are falling apart right a left. All of their products that are in my kitchen are held together by the smallest nails that they could have ever used to barely allow the cabinets to remain in tact long enough to be installed. It is seriously ridiculous!I then attempt to contact the local store here in ************** **** to get help with resolving this mess, and the store here is no longer in business and I am referred to their head quarters in ***** *******. When I call the ** in ***** **, the recording provides different options to select but when you select any of the options is says, "You have made an invalid selection" and it will not connect you to anyone. Looks like the phone system is set-up as an additional con job. The only reason I give this company and their product a 1 star is so that it is at least on the radar for others to not get ripped off like I have been; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SENELS. They are pathetically incompetent and nothing but a con job company.
