    In December 2024 I enrolled in an online class through *** Salado. At this time, it was an accelerated class that consisted of 3 major tests that need to be administered by a proxy. For the first exam, I made my appointment well within the proper time frame and showed up prepared and ready to test. I sat down and signed in only for Rio Salado to have sent the wrong test to the person administering my test since I don't live in ***************. This was on a Friday, and the proxy had turned in her 2 weeks, and this was also her last day at the testing facility. This is the only testing facility near me in my town. I had to wait, which cause a week delay in testing. For the next test, it was due to be taken during Winter Break. I called the school, as the class description says to, to make my next appointment for the 2nd test. Except this time the school was shut down for Winter Break and there was no one on campus. I sent over 5 emails and left 4 voice mail messages asking to be set up with a testing administrator because there are none in my town. If I had been able to find a testing facility and had known how hard this class was if the test would have been able to be administered I would have withdrawn from the class during the appropriate time, and would have been able to receive my monies. Once the staff did come back from Winter Break, I was able to get a hold of my advisor, and she withdrew me. All I am asking for is my money be allotted to a different class. I would love my money back, but if not, I would like to try a different class with a different teacher.
