They sold me a product that over heated my computer. Employee said specifically ssid increases heat inside of computer. Needs high level fans to operate correctly. Every time i brought computer in i asked to check hardware. They kept taking my money for things the computer didnt need.

    Dear ****,

As explained in our direct conversations. I have installed thousands of *** (Solid State Hard drives) as upgrades to the old mechanical spinning disk drives. This is the first complaint of an *** upgrade overheating a computer. The *** puts off almost no heat in comparison to the spinning disk we replaced. The *** also enables the system to perform at optimal speeds no longer having to wait on the old spinning disk to catch up with the rest of the hardware. Your 2016 **** Alienware laptop suffered from a failed motherboard sensor that was an underlying issue with your aged gaming laptop. I also explained that gaming laptops generally do not last over 2 years due to the poor air flow design. I feel that I tried to do everything in my power to make you understand the facts of the situation that got us here to this complaint. I already have hours of free work. Without a doubt we have confirmed that the laptops motherboard has failed due to the built-in watchdog sensor. You can also go online and read that you are not the only owner to have this issue with this model laptop and the motherboard failing.

Furthermore, I'm unaware of any SSID (service set identifier) this has to do with a broadcast WiFi signal and nothing to do with the *** we installed. To get your laptop working again you will still need to replace the motherboard or run Linux. The *** you were sold is not the issue. The service I offered still stands if you would like to replace the board or we recommend a gaming desktop, to better your gaming/streamer experience.

    Sincerely,
