            I have an insurance agency and use Blue pay for my credit card processing. On four occasions, I processed an ACH transaction. All four were approved. Several days thereafter, I got emails that the transaction was void. I called my customers and they said there was no reason for that to happen. I called Blue pay they said it was the customers bank. I checked with both customers and they said that was wrong. One of the customers told me they were going elsewhere and I lost them. The other is ongoing. When I called Blue pay, this past Friday, their representative was rude, unprofessional and a complete nasty person. They should review our conversation. It is their system that is causing the problem. My bank has charged me all four transactions a ***** fee. They should be put out of business.

            The worst. Held over $15K without my authority and then tried to make me go to my bank to correct their mistake. **************** not a help. "Risk team" never called back. Criminals! Zero stars.
