      Very pushy sales rep. **** product on you you don't want or can afford to buy and does not leave the office until you commit for better or worse. Recommend you use a Sirona product instead. Not only that the iTero scanner they sold me requires a $4 per patient added expense they don't tell you about until after its too late. Will go Suresmile next time.Stay away.

      I placed an order on the Invisalign.com website for a box of cleaning crystals & a case. The cleaning crystals box didn't have the amount of packets stated on the box. Very grimy & dishonest, especially for a medical company. I notified customer ************** said they would get back to me. They sent an email demanding the lot# & exp#. I provided this information and half a month later still no response from the company. I feel cheated & dismissed. My overall customer experience has been less than ideal.
