    Paid $1.00 for a DMV record report on 08/08/2024. On 08/10/2024, I then had two fraudulent charges without my consent: one for $9.95 and another for $28.95..

    this company fraudulently charged me $28.95 for a vehicle report without my permission. The initial report was only $1.00 on July 10, 2024 then on July 20th this company ran another charge without my consent. I did not agree to this and then when I attempted to contact them I could not speak to a live person. My bank has opened a fraudulent claim but this is ridiculous and awful people would do things like this to people.

    I was charged a one time fee of 1 dollar. Then around a month later I was charged an additional fee of around 28 dollars. I called and asked why this was and apparently they signed me up for some kind of subscription service without my consent.

    I have been recieving a deceitful charge of ***** a month. I submitted a fraud claim with my bank and the card was blocked but this company seems to have access to my account and keeps charging me despite them personally reimbursing me for previous charges. Today, received another charge on my bank account. STOP TAKING MY MONEY

    On December 27, 2023 there was a deduction to my checking account for $24.95. On January 6th, 9th and the 12th there was also a deduction for $24.95. I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone and she was foreign and stated I had subscribed to them. I stated no I had not and apparently someone has hacked my debit card number and these charges were fraudulent. She refused to refund the money and indicated the past 2 were rejected. I had my debit card closed and had another reissued. I told her I would like a copy of a signature or my actual voice authorizing this or it is fraud. She indicated that they had my credit card number therefore I authorized it. I do not subscribe to people checking or car checking places, ever. This is what it was for. She also indicated they bill you $24.95 two times a week for this service. This seems quite steep to me. I want my money back because I never authorized this and it is either theft or fraud

    Went online to run 2 different Vin checks on 11/5/2023 with the cost being $1.00 each. Recieved information that 11/06/2023 the removed a unauthorized amount of $28.95 and on 11/09/2023 the correct amount processed for the itinal amount of $1.00. 1 mounth later on 12/06/2023 the took out another unauthorized amount of $28.95.On 11/06/2023 & 11/09/2023 the retailer info on my statement on states: **** Spyglass, HL, SYRACUSE, **, *** email where my report was sent came from: **************************************** On 12/06/2023 the retailer info on my statement reads: onlinevincheckscom/ **** Spyglass/ ********, **/************ email where info was sent for transaction of withdraw: NONE When calling customer service @ ************ communication with customer service seems very shady. The address posted here is ***************************************************** Nothing matches or stays consistant. THIS IS A SCAM

    I have been attempting to receive a refund/credit for total charges of $24.95 since the initial transaction date of 10/03/22. I was unable to view a vehicle history report I purchased for $1. In addition, the company automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription at the cost of $23.95/month without my prior consent. I am attaching a Word document where I have a detailed outline of all communication Ive had with the company. I was told multiple times that a refund had been processed but it has now been more than 3 months and I have yet to receive a credit to my account.

    I went online to get a FREE Car Vin Report.. I had my information all done then I noticed that there was a box stating that they are charging $23.95 for a trial period.. Once I saw that I immediately dis-engaged and deleted my information car stuff and my name, However it appears that my credit card somehow is in my laptop and somehow my credit card got processed it.. But how weird is it, in that I never put my credit card info on their site.I called next day and saidI didn't want any subscription and they said they would refund my $23.95 within 5-7 days.. That was on November 18 when I emailed and called them.. Since then I have emailed them and called them more than 8 times and they still have NOT refunded my money. They keep telling me to check with my bank and my bank is just fine... never any issues.. This is a company that is acting in a 'BAIT AND SWITCH" OPERATION.. ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL TO MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS..Pls help me get my reimbursement back asap.As I said I never entered my card # so how did they get that info..???

    On 9/6/22 I went to the website and agreed to pay $1 for a vehicle report only. That day, I was charged two separate charges - $1 then $24.95. I called them the same day and they told me they would refund me and cancel any subscription. Since then, I've placed calls for refund on: 9/6 @ 7:23 am 9/27 @ 3:49 pm 10/12 @ 8:25 am 10/17 @ 1:11 pm 10/19 @ 1:07 pm 10/24 @11:39 am 11/11 @ 8:42 am 11/15 @ 1:34 pm being told that it would be escalated several times and I should receive an email once complete and never did. They also told me to email a support email address which I did multiple times. 5 business days they told me it would take to process and still no refund, I emailed the support email they gave me, and was given a cancellation number and an assurance that my refund was processed. I emailed them again still no refund. I've emailed and called again, and still no one can tell me when I will get my money. They have also conveniently sent me to the answering service whenever I try to call now. Three months now and I still have not gotten the refund they assured me they had already processed and I would receive.

    On 10/18 2022 I got a VIN check at datareports.com it said I would only be charged $1 instead I was charged 1$, 24.95$ . I have emailed customer support, called customer support, and attempted to use their chat support. I was told on on 10/18/22 that my refund was processed but I have not received it. After contacting them again on10/31/22, I received no response. That website Datareports is a scam to get people money. And not return it.They have false advertising saying it's only a dollar for this first 7 days and if you cancel before 7 days, there will be no membership charged. I cancel within 30 mins and was charged **** and 24.95..Then they lied and said a refund was being processed and I should received it in 3 days..This was 10/18/24 and still haven't received it
