At the time I signed up & paid the fee for tickets to an event, they provided a disclaimer that said I had to upload a photo at the event to thank the donor of the tickets. Unfortunately, I came down with ********** & could not attend the event so I went to the site & searched what to do if I couldnt attend & their site says if you can not go then just do not go because they can not receive the tickets back. So I didnt go. I uploaded a family photo thanking them for the tickets & apologizing for being too sick to attend. They suspended my account. I had already secured tickets to an upcoming baseball game before the suspension. I attended the game & took the required photo of my ********** while holding a thanks Vet Tix sign and tried to upload to their site but because my account was suspended, I could not access the upload section of the site. They then suspended me for an additional 60 days due to a 2nd violation because I didnt upload the photo.I contacted support the 1st time & made my case that while I agreed to upload a photo for the event, I was unable to attend due to illness (Veterans are especially susceptible to illness/injuries interrupting plans unexpectedly due to the nature of **************** and I would think a Veteran Organization would understand this but NOT Vet Tix, they do not care at all. Im a 100% **************-Connected disabled Vet w/multiple medical issues) and that their site advised me to simply not go so I felt it unfair to suspend me but they said too bad and suspended me anyway. The 2nd time, I contacted support and argued that they couldnt make a condition precedent, make it impossible to fulfill, then suspend me further. Their response was again, too bad youre suspended for another 60 days.Doesnt seem like a legit Vet Org. & has very sketchy business practices.Initial Complaint

Account permanently suspended is absence of neither rational justification nor artifacts and evidence in defense of decision. Allegations of scalping terminated account access. I wouldnt know how to begin scalping a ticket I havent received. Ive spoken with Ticketmaster at great lengths in an effort to determine if my account was fraudulently accessed to sell tickets and was advised this never occurred. Furthermore, there was no evidence of me selling anything whatsoever in the many years Ive had this account. There are no means to resolve issues. No contact number. No specific department assigned to properly investigate allegations of scalping. Ive recommended dozens of veterans to utilize this service, maintained a VETTIX account for over 10 years, purchased multiple pieces of attire, and contributed monetarily monthly. I am disappointed and embarrassed with these accusations. Ive not received any feedback whatsoever despite seemingly endless efforts at contacting support. Today I attempted to sign up for a new account after not having heard anything whatsoever regarding my petition for reinstatement. As a result of which both accounts are suspended until I can explain the purpose for attempting to establish a new account. I notified VETTIX support, or lack thereof - that I attempted to open a secondary account merely to open the lines of communication as it pertains to the initial suspension.I donate hundreds of dollars monthly to a multitude of Veteran organizations and volunteer extensively. To be simply cancelled without the ability to rationally discuss my suspension is inconceivable. I am simply requesting reinstatement for an account which was erroneously suspended.Initial Complaint

Last year, a Vet friend told me about VetTix and how they supposedly offer free tickets to veterans and their dependents, so I signed up and verified my service using ID.Me and from the start, I have been unable to login. I have submitted *numerous* password resets - reset the password, but am still unable to login. There is no way to contact support as the link to support does not operate. To even view help from their FAQ page requires that one be logged in. The listed email for support is OBVIOUSLY not manned nor checked as I have sent 6 emails since last year, the latest one sent just two days ago, but Ive never received a reply. What does appear to happen if you send an email to the support address is an apparent newsletter signup as I am now being inundated with ticket information emails - several a day.But guess what? Theres no way to unsubscribe because the system requires login, I cant contact support and I cant unsubscribe. EVERYTHING requires login and its a frigging shame that I have to file a complaint against VetTix in hopes that someone from their organization will assist me. At this point, Id just like to unsubscribe & delete my account but CANNOT because logins are impossible. While I understand online security, VetTix is OVERKILL on security. One doesnt even know if their account has been flagged because the system does provide that information- just an endless loop of not being able to signin. Additionally this organization does not even provide a customer service number/tech support number to assist Veterans who are experiencing this and Im quite sure Im not the only going through this h*** with VetTix.This is one of the most unprofessional 501c organizations Ive ever encountered and I will also be filing a complaint with the Veterans Administration informing them that VetTix is a waste of time and do not help veterans as the company claims.Initial Complaint

I am a retired Navy Officer and do not have a dishonest bone in my body. When I signed up for VetTix it seemed that my account was flagged from the start. I always used the site according to the rules. I was constantly harassed for pictures, donations and and was told I was doing something incorrectly. I donated money, and I sent pictures for every event I went to. One day my account was locked becasue they said my emails were going to the Junk folder. How do they know that? That seems like we are being tracked. I did not send any of their emails to junk. Whenever I asked for help from their customer service email (there is no phone number), and I would never receive any response. There was a canned email that said I needed to change my email address to prevent the emails from VetTix to go to junk. I did that and I was banned for life. I tried to contact Vet Tix and there was no response.
