I frequently visited Amazing Lash studio only to be disappointed more and more each time. I requested a cancelation back in November of 2023 and was sent multiple links to cancel rather than just having my membership canceled right then and there seeing as they have access to my bank card information. I was informed by the manager they would not be refunding me and that I was welcome to use the funds on a different service so basically my money will just sit there at an establishment I have no interest in supporting.Initial Complaint

They charge a membership fee monthly and as a member still have to pay to refills/full set. Additionally, the refills/ full set while at discounted prices are low quality. Lashes fall out after a day or 2 even following instructions on refraining from wetting lashes after 48 hours.Initial Complaint

I had an appointment on 12/27. U called on 12/26 to reschedule and was told I could be rescheduled to 12/28 at 2pm. However that was never done. I got a text to confirm my appointment 12/27 and when I called to make sure the appointment was actually moved, ******** the front desk person, lied about speaking to me and making those adjustments. They took my credit, essentially charging my $115 for a service I never received. There is no one to contact, no one to reach out to or speak to or make a complaint with except the manager who I was told is very busy, as she is also a lash tech, and will try to get back to me at some point in the future.Initial Complaint

I have been a client with Amazing Lash Studios for over 2 yrs. Over this period of time I have consistently paid $119.95 each month. When I began my eyes began to get irritated with the lash extensions I asked to cancel my membership. I was told we should try some different types of glue. I declined and asked to cancel. I was then told in early July 2023 that I would receive an emailed form to complete for cancellation. I waited a week for the email. I called the location back and asked to speak with the Manager. She was not in but I could try to call again on Thursday. When I called back on Thursday the Manager was not in. I was then told only a Store Manager or ******** Care agent could assist me. During this time, I am still being billed and stacking up "service" credits which I can not use due to my new eye sensitivity and they do not refund. Finally, 8/19/23 I drove the 40 minutes to my original store to speak with someone directly. The Manager is not in and the young lady at the front counter does not know how to help me stating, "I have not been trained on how to assist you. You can scan this QR code to freeze your account or cancel." With that I was forced to complete a request online for a scheduled call. 8/21/23- 10:30AM I received a call from customer care- they said that I must pay my August fee of $119.95 before they can send me the email to cancel... Oh and by the way I will still get billed again in Sept 2023. Now I will have 4 service credits and you can only transfer 2 services credits to friends and family. That will leave me with $240 worth of service credits that must be used by me within 60 days. Unfortunately, I have no lashes remaining and developed an irritation to the extensions. I should be able to receive a gift card gift to someone else so they can use the service. I will NEVER recommend this company as the customer service is awful!Initial Complaint

On February 8th 2023 I had a total Ethmoidectomy and a Nasal Septum repair which is the reason I why I can't use the rest of my credits that I prepaid ahead at the time I was in the hospital I told Amazing Lash to put a stop on my monthly payments because I wasn't working at the time when I was in the hospital when I got out of the hospital I made an appointment for my lashes to be done at Amazing Lash The same night my left eye got infected and had a discharge, red and swollen because of the eyelashes that irritated it so I asked for a refund for the remainder of my credits that was left on my account with ********************** Lash, and I was told No they couldn't give my remaining money back, because I would not be wearing lashes again because of the medical reasons with my left eye.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern,This business has no authorization to charge my credit card, but they keep attempting to charge it. The previous charges were reversed by my credit card. Since then, I froze my credit card so they would stop the charges, but the business keeps attempting to charge the card every month. My wife has used this service several months back and paid in cash, she was asked to provide a credit card to keep on file, little did we know that they would charge the card every month. This is no way to do business and extremely unethical behavior and although the business is not accredited with the BBB, I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter so the guidance in which direction I should go to resolve this issue.
