Went to place a order with ******* using archive for some of the product. Achieve said I would need to pay so much down and I went to cancel the order but they took the money from my account . No order placed but they took money. Now they say I have to wait 30 days to make sure the order doesn't go thru and then possibly another 15 days to get my refund. Even customer service says the order was not completed . If no order placed why did they take money from my account.Achieve

I have received a number of loans from Achieve. Each was accomplished in a professional and timely manner. Working with ***** and *****, a new loan was finalized. We had our first experience in applying for an Achieve personal loan after being highly recommended by one of our credit reporting agencies. We worked with the representative, Mr. *** *******, who was excellent. His professionalism, patience in addressing our questions, and overall civility and kindness made up for our anxiety about possibly not receiving the loan. While we did not get approval for the loan, the overall customer service made up for this. Once we have consolidated and emptied our debt bank, Achieve Loans is high on our list if we ever need a future personal loan. If all the representatives are like *** *******--friendly and knowledgeable, we would certainly look forward to working with another Achieve Loans' agent. Getting the money would have been great, but having ***** excellent customer service experience was GREATER!! We highly recommend ACHIEVE LOANS for your future financial needs if you also want great customer service!! The SheltonsAchieve

I sent a check to pay off a loan balance of over $40,000 to pay off the balance of a loan. Paid $10 dollars for priority mail shipping. Check was delivered on 01/27/2025. Today 02/19/25 I am getting threatened by the company that they will hurt my credit score because of missed payment. I have spent several hours on the phone with them and allegedly cant find the check. I provided a tracking number proving that the package was delivered. The company told me there is nothing they can do and now its up to me to resolve this issue. Embarrassing way to do business. Embarrassing for the employees of this company. Now because of the incompetence of the internal communications of this company I may be irreparably harmed.Achieve

Achieve Loans partners with **********,My loan is almost three years old,barely any money is going towards the principal plus if you missed one payment they charge the fee of like 3 monthly payments the more you pay the more you owe,this is a total fraud and scamAchieve
