  God Awful! They pay for nothing. I pay them over $6000 every 3 months for coverage and they won't cover a script I been taking for 3 years for $68, every 3 months. ( note: ********** paid no questions asked) Providers are dropping them like crazy too. No one wants to work with them. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  I have proof of the fraud. So does the behavioral health board and the attorney ********** complete committed fraud against me by lying to the behavioral health board and the attorney general. We're told if I was not returned to my previous insurance they would face those charges. They have tried to take over my medical insurance numerous times. They just did it again. Denying medications I will die without and medical care, some I've had for 40 yrs are being denied treatment....Thank you AZ COMPLETE for denying medications and medical treatment I will POSITIVELY DIE WITHOUT. The pain, stress, emotional hardship and my impending death.

  I would like to give zero stars!!!!They brag about this bogus thing they call "My Health Rewards". I have warned over $400+ and I am STILL waiting for my prepaid credit card. They have been saying, FOR MONTHS, that they have a "glitch" in their system. Now, as the year comes to an end, I have YET to receive it OR hear ANYYHING back about when I MAY receive it ... but wait, it gets better. Since I will NOT be taking Ambetter in **** ... I'm getting heck out of there, IF I ever DO get the card, I will not be allowed to use it in ****. So apparently, $400+ dollars is just chumb change, to them. Meanwhile, I have been battling with them and their "glitch" in their system, since August. THEY REFUSE TO ASSURE ME THAT THEY WILL EXTEND PAST 2023, WHEN I LEAVE THEIR COMPANY. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY EARNED $400+ card and it's November 2nd and they give ZERO indication WHEN their "glitch" may be fixed.

  I was surprised to find out the day before my Dermatology appointment that they do not take Ambetter Arizona. I asked why and was told that their office had trouble getting paid by Ambetter and when they did, there were times that Ambetter culled back some of the payments. Their office decided that working with Ambetter patients was not worth the cost and hassle. I was shocked. This Dermatologist had been recommended by my doctor early last year when I was with ********** Blue Shield. I made sure to find out if my primary care doctor was covered thru Ambetter when I changed over last December but I did not think to check if my Dermatologist was covered. I am disappointed with Ambetter and will probably not go with them next year. Otherwise, it looks like I will have to choose a different Dermatologist.

  Healthcare in Arizona in general is the WORST! Unfortunately I have AZ Complete thru Ahcccs. Ahcccs cancelled me after only 3 MOS! I've been without my HIV medication for over a month and a half! I didn't get emergency coverage or even emergency medicine while I go through the teadious process of getting reinstated. I was finally approved on Monday with Ahcccs and STILL has not sent the information over to ** Complete. Every time I call ** Complete the ppl are EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT! THESE *** DON'T GIVE A S*** ABOUT THE *** AND THEIR HEALTH CARE IN THIS STATE! LET THEM DIE IS THE ATTITUDE HERE IN ARIZONA PERIOD!

  So far this insurance is no good. Not one stitch of it. I wouldnt even give it one star. Its a joke. Some of the places of never heard of it. Its not even an option on their insurance. Their site isnt even usable. It is frozen it is stuck you cannot sign in. You cannot sign out. You cannot find a doctor. You cannot do anything you cannot contact anybody. This is a joke, they are messing with you do not do not trust and better from Arizona for your insurance company. Theyre nasty.

  Im a low-income worker who's had type 1 diabetes for more than 35 years of my life. Dental care is absolutely crucial to overall well-being. Did you know that the *** of AZ Complete Health made over a million dollars last year? Yet they conveniently can't afford to assist patients over 21 with anything other than what is considered "preventive" treatment. Less than a thousand dollars and only tooth extraction are covered. I was on the verge of sepsis from a cavity and had to beg family to financially assist so I wouldn't die because nobody ever should have to worry about dying if they can't afford dental care. This company is horrible. Just say you hate the poor its much clearer that way. Shameful. The low-income are not criminals and they deserve the same insurance the *** has.

  Have coverage thru Ambetter, but they have cancelled it. I met my Maximum out of pocket and paid my premiums on time, but yesterday I went to my patient portal to search for a specialist I see that they have cancelled my account. I called the customer service line to discuss this with someone but could not understand the person and when I asked to speak to someone else they transferred me to the *** Marketplace, which by the way shows I still have coverage. The agent at the marketplace said they will check on it.Not sure what to do next but as of this moment it seems I have no insruance coverage and I'm not sure why.Aside from this issue, I would never use them again if I have the choice. Their website is a rediculous, customer service is a nonexistant and response time is rediculous.
