    Recently, BBB has received a pattern of complaints for this company that allege billing, advertising, service, repair, contract, and customer service issues. Complaints allege this business allows individuals to file reports about businesses and individuals that consumers may state are not true on the company’s website: http://www.ripoffreport.com. Some complainants report that when they contact the company regarding the removal of the reports, the business may inform the complainant that they must pay a fee (usually $2,000), to have the report removed and/or arbitrated. Some complainants state that their personal information, such as an address or a phone number, may be listed in the report. Additionally, some complainants allege an overall difficulty reaching the company when problems arise. At this time, a representative from Ripoff Report has indicated to BBB that the company will not work to resolve customer disputes through BBB.

      I went to Flight Club in NYC on November 22, 2021. I purchased a pair of shoes, Jordan Retro 5’s “Oreo”. They are supposed to be a size 7 in boys. Later when I got home, I opened the shoe box and found out that they gave me two right shoes, and the sizes were different as well. One right shoe was a size 7 in boys while the other was a size 7 in men’s. I tried to contact the flight club support team, but they don’t have a phone number, only an email. I emailed them about the problem, but they’re responses are horrible. I think they scammed me out of my money. I paid $300+ for those shoes, and they won’t get back to me. I’ve been reaching out to multiple people, but none of them are helpful. All I want is the left pair (7 in boys) to my right pair of shoes.

      I have a 2013 **** escape that has had so many repairs that I'm not sure how much I've spent now I have another coolent leak it will cost over 200 for that repair ********** recalled the 2014 escape for this same problem but they refuse to recall certain 2013's. I have sent them a email but never heard back from them I had a ****** repair before this **** motor need to recall all these lemon cars they are junk.thank you I hope you can help me get at least some of my money back.thank you ***********************

      ******************* has stolen from me, never sent my order and have disconnected their phone and give a non working email for customer services.

      The problem I have is with Aqua Pump. A company who bought ************ systems claims to be ************ company but the company stop making most of there parts. So they cant fix or replace any ************ system. They have no means of replacing or fixing your Eagle system. They tell you the whole system is outdated and they cant get the parts and you need to buy a brand new system. A one minute consultation resulted in $180 ****. Over the phone I was told minimum of $60 and maximum of $220 to get my system working again.

      I placed an order *************************** Store on July 17 2021 Transation ******************** invoice ********************** Purchase detail product (Qty 2) Item # LLS018KEl1 Total $49.98 Paid thru Pay Pal filed claim thru pay pal case No PP-D-********* on 8-20-2021 I did not receive my 2 chairs ask for my money back they did not send me any explanation as to why they did not send my money or my chairs.

      HBOBB00395541 order # date Sept. 3, 2021 letter from AnnieCloth to me by email after I requested an exchange because the top was too small. This is how I found out the company is in ***** !!! It would cost me more to return it (and I would have to pay for that postage) than the garment cost !!!******************** ps I've only had the top for a few days so well within the timeline of return. This is a customer rip off pure and simple. This is the response today 9/4/21 that Anniecloth sent to me when I wrote to them w/ my complaint and wish to exchange the item for a larger size. *********************************, ************************* ************ "We did not offer exchange, only for return. Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).Please note that customers must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.Our return center is located in *********, *****."
