Very disappointed. We built our home through a large homebuilder in the area, Interior Logic was the subcontractor the builder used to install all of our tupe flooring and wet surfaces throughout the home. A few years in, we noticed grout chipping away from the flooring. Turns out, we weren't the only home in the subdivision having this issue. I contacted the builder, who basically threw their hands up and said we're past our warranty. So, I contacted the subcontractor, Interior Logic. They played nice at first, said they would send somebody out to inspect the tile to see what was going on and what they could do. They sent the inspector out, *****, who works for Interior logic (not an independent inspector), who scraped areas of the grout throughout the home. After he was done, he said he couldn't give us the results, but he would submit his report back to the builder and I could contact the builder the next day for the next steps. Though he didn't give us the results, he gave us suggestions on what repairs should be done and which ones to avoid. Moving forward, I contacted the builder, and had to leave a message. Several days had gone by, with no return call, so I called again and spoke to the customer service representative, *****, fir the builder. She claimed she didn't have a copy of the report, and had to look into it and get back to me. Low and behold, the next day, Interior Logic called, said that there wasn't any issues with our grout and that the report showed the same. She went on to say, that the problem was likely because we use a non abrasive floor steamer. With distilled water occasionally to clean the floor and that was the cause of any issues with the grout. Needless to say, we are now looking for legal advice. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Terrible company. They should be avoided at all costs; unfortunately it seems like they are popular with builders. It took 9 months to have several pieces of LVP replaced. They would schedule appointments and then not show up. They measured incorrectly and didnt bring enough flooring, another time they brought the wrong color. They tried blaming me for using a steam mop (I dont own one and have never used one). They finally completed the floor but left several pieces of baseboard off with nails sticking out of the wall. Their representative said they dont put baseboards back even though the man who fixed the floor said someone would be coming the next day to replaced the baseboards (he obviously never showed). They do less than the bare minimum and have no interest in being a reputable company.

ILG in ********** , ** is terrible. We bought from a builder who used them for tile projects. They were all done incorrectly. Nonetheless they sent out a clowney project manager who tried to tell us the grout marks all over the backsplash, the shower floor that drained into the outer bathroom, and lumpy and uneven LVP were correct. 14 months after first reporting these items 2 out of 3 are kind of corrected (shower floor still questionable, but backsplash corrected.)They do not seem to know how to do these projects correctly. And their attempts to say their substandard work is acceptable, and not stand by it, are infuriating. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Other branches may be different, but ********** branch is just terrible, and won;t stand by their work unless forced to.

Built a home. I had ILG do the vinyl plank flooring. They have peeled up in several areas within 4 years. I tried multiple times, over 8 months, to contact the company and they asked for my address over email. I sent them my address and haven't heard anything from them for another 4 months. 15 emails, 3 phone messages, and still no action. Never using them ever again!!!

Our builder used this company to install tile in our new home (Volusia County, *******). They did a terrible job and we ended up retaining a tile expert whose report reflects: (1) at least 22 areas in the house where tiles with the same pattern were placed adjacent to each other; (2) grout joint widths not consistent and varying from 3/32" to 5/32" throughout house; (3) tile lippage in at least 32 areas ranging up to ****; (4) flatness greater than the **** requirements in 3 *********) low grout joints throughout house with no consistent depth. Interior Logic insists the tile installation complies with industry standards. It might be their standards, but not the standards reflected in the Tile Countil of North America's Handbook. If you don't care how your tile looks, hire them. If you want your tile to look like it was installed by someone who knew what they were doing, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible customer service. They have not completed the cabinets, skins or shelves in my new home. Part of the cabinets were installed in Nov 2023. They have no showed about a dozen appointments and rarely answer the phone. Please find someone else to work on your home. They have ZERO customer service!

Poor craftsmanship. They installed all our tile floors with the underlayment upside down so the tiles float and all the grout cracks. They have to replace all the tile in our home and are actually late for the appointment to start it today. Time for a lawyer. Im over it.

We are having an ongoing terrible experience with Interior Logic. Our home builder, **** Brothers, uses them for cabinetry and flooring. Uneven floors, inferior quality cabinetry that was installed poorly. They have repaired some items many more are outstanding and I have no idea how they intend to fix a product made from cheap materials I do not recommend them take a look on ************ and **** and see how consistently poor their reviews are. Its interesting that they dont even bother to respond to any of this, that is how little they care
