Everything was great until I tried to register my car in another state. We were told wrong information and my call for additional help would not be returned. Dont expect any help after the purchase of your vehicle. I pray we dont need to use our warranty after reading some of these reviews.

Bought a 2024 ****** from them last May. I went to buy an Off road trim model they quoted it at roughly $52,000. After running my credit, they told me that they couldn't put me in that truck but told me that they could put me in a SR5 model for the same price due to my credit. I bought the truck thinking that is how this system works. After further research I found that isn't how the car buying process works and that they charged me $52k for a $35k car. The only reason I bought a new vehicle was to help with my credit and not have to worry about mechanical repairs. I reached out to see if they would make right their wrongs. But they told me they lost 3k on the sale and they ran my credit 11 times to put me in a different vehicle which further destroyed my credit. I am extremely displeased with the experience I had with this company and will never use them again and I will steer all people away from their business in the future.

Purchased a used car in September 2022. I paid almost $4000 for their Vehicle Protection Plan. When I tried to use the plan I was told that one doesn't exist for my car. Now no one will return my calls or emails. I thought this was a great dealership,...turns out I was wrong. Buyer beware.

I bought a truck 2 years ago from Autonation Toyota in Tempe **. The deal was great you might even find multiple five-star reviews all over the place from me. At this point, I have to change them to 1-star reviews. I had bought an extended warranty. Which is fine, I haven't needed it. They originally told me, that I could call and cancel it at any time for a pro-rated refund. At this point, I am about to sell the *********** have tried to contact Finance for over a month, by calling and leaving messages. With nobody answering the phone and nobody calling me back. My finance guy was originally **** and the number the phone line keeps directing me to is ************************ not buy any finance items warranties, etc, from this or any autonation dealer. This needs to be resolved.

Do not purchase a vehicle here! These people are as dishonest as they come! There vehicles arent safe either and the Carfax reports they provide are not accurate and fail to disclose accidents that caused severe structural damage! This place should be closed down after they refund customers money!

Beware this dealer sells vehicles with frame damage as clean titles simply because they have a clean carfax!!! My cousin and I went today to buy a used Corolla, we had set up an appointment ahead of time. When we arrived we were told the car could not be test driven but we could put a down payment on to reserve it. Was disappointed but proceeded to look at the vehicle. The vehicle had obviously rear ended and was cheaply bent back into shape esthetically. However there was still damage to frame as it was bent. Pointed this out to my sales person and he too confirmed there was frame damage. However the price and description reflected an accident free car, so I asked if it was negotiable given the obvious damage. He calmed they were firm on the price, and the carfax report showed the car had not been on any accident. This a shame, I called over a manager and explained the situation and he refused to accept that they are trying to sell a car with serious structural damage. He proceeded to tell me he has 36 years of experience and they take in the cars and value them based on whats on paper. I explained that that is not true because o had sold a car to Toyota before and it took a long time for it to get inspected before you gave me a value. So basically they take cars that are beat up, do some minor cosmetic repair and try to see it to some miserable guy who will not notice the damage. They are clearly scamming people and they know it, thats why the car is kept is a separate parking lot to begin with. When I told them this, they said this was a shared parking lot that has was not take over fully by them. Yet the car is still for sale on their website as we speak. Please take your well earned money somewhere else and dodge a bullet.

Not a place run with efficiency. Seems chaotic and ****** challenging for the staff. A simple task turns into a long day of nothing. Trade in a car and not have paperwork completed. Adding points to your loan to make profit. Overpriced cars for sale with unfinished work.In all honesty I was satisfied with being able to find a car worth my money. However, when it comes to the process of completing the transaction, one had better luck with other dealerships. Never have I or anyone I know had to deal with the snails pace of the front office. Dont get me wrong, the sales team is great. The paper pushers are out to lunch figuratively and possibly even literally. Close to a month later and MVD has no record of trade in transactions. No record of the car I purchased, and even suspended my plate from my trade in vehicle because it is not insured any longer. Well, dang, that is a red flag. I had to log on to MVD and report the sale myself, cancel the specialty plate that I paid a large fee for, and still have a paper plate on my purchase vehicle. I would definitely not return for any service provided here and would not recommend using this dealership at this juncture. There are plenty of options available out there. This may not be the right choice for you.

On August 31st 2023, I took my reliable 20 year old Toyota Tundra that was creaking & squeaking for two weeks, to the dealership. After I dropped it off, the mechanic said he didnt hear any creaking but said my truck was too dangerous to drive, the whole undercarriage needed to be replaced. They offered a rental car but I continued driving my truck over the weekend. Long story short, in one day, about 6-7 hours later, it cost me $8,111. PARTS cost was $2,559. Labor was ridiculous!SERIOUSLY, its not a fancy car with lots of computers. Its NOT A ROCKET! Its old school stuff, modern technology training was not required! Thanks to you, I have been put in a serious situation. Im a senior woman on limited income, medical issues, and Im looking at having to sell my house. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TEMPE TOYOTA.

1-First sale person, ******, was unpolite, not interested in my purchase. Never answered me back (texts nor e mails).2-Signing time in financing room was stressing. I was asking for a big screen couple times, him never gave me a big screen, pushed me to sign in my small Iphone. I had a lot of troubles to read, then, finance guy used his finger to sign for me... so frustrated situation, Then, my monthly payments were changed to 72 instead of 66. That was one of the reasons, finance guy was forcing me to use my iPhone instead one big screen, I thought it.3-Vehicle NEW ******* limited 2023 $62,000 plus taxes), was delivered in poor conditions, I reported it 5 minutes after I took the Tundra. (Ripped inside, stain grease, scratching outside passenger side mirror. Factory defect on the passenger seat, seat side).4-After 17 days my payoffs trades were not paid yet.5-Payoff was made after ************************* because $15K has to me sent to my pocket.6- Part of the deal was Dent protection 3 years, and appearance protection. ****, salesperson, offered me to discount for me this amount, as part of the deal, and "close the deal", I did not get any of those 2 protections. - Only one person, ****, is trying to help me to solve all those issues. She is polite and nice. She really tries to help.Autonation will take care of the tundra issues. let's see how this finish.7-******, one of sales manager was talked with me over the phone, offered to me a reward to get this stress, disappointed, frustration of me get better and resolve my uncomfortable situation. But meeting with her was not good enough, she retracted to get a reward for me... again false promises. This is not about money, is about ethic, and good service. Now I have a "NEW LIMITED TUNDRA" with around 4 issues to fix and spending my days on this, so frustrated. Very stressful situation.Just be careful when you going to buy a car.MY WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE EXPERCIENCE I'VE BEEN NEVER GET.

I had the displeasure of having **** as my finance manager and I still have an unresolved issue since I leased my vehicle in April.1. I was due to receive $500 from Toyota financial for the recent graduate program. **** told me that they rather not jump through the hoops of applying for the program so instead they will deduct $500 of the vehicle price. Not a problem, but **** forgot to change the numbers on the contract and I receive a phone call from him 1 month later telling me I need to to come drop off another $500. I completely understand that mistakes happen however its his approach that bothers me. He attempts to gaslight me and repeats that I am 500 short. I bring up that the 500 is from the recent graduate incentives and at that point admits that he forgot to deduct it from the vehicle price.2. As I refused to drop an additional $500, **** states that he would need to draw up a different contract. He sends me a text stating that he was able to even get me a better deal (cheaper monthly payments). I review it and sign it electronically. My payments are $20 dollars cheaper (gap was given to me for $1). I assume Im getting a better deal for the inconveniences. **** signs it electronically as well. I have a copy of a signed binding contract that states the first one is null and void. I still see that my payments have not changed. I contact ****, in which states he funded the first contract. he pretends that there was no 2nd contract. I get escalated to a superior who at least has the decency to admit to there being a second contract but states that **** messed up 2nd contract. I eventually speak to the head honcho at Autonation. He apologizes for my experience. Tells me he will send me a check to recover the difference between contract #1 and 2. He says they will send this out next week. Its been close to 2 months since I am promised the check and I am still waiting. Every time I contact **** for an update he states he will look into this.
