Carvana withheld pictures of damages to the vehicle and I raised concerns at delivery only to be told they wouldn't be addressed and I could return the car if I wanted or trade for another car. No other car is comparable locally and I've already received the ding to my credit for this loan and feel stuck. I'd have to pay shipping and higher payment to switch so I'm stuck.Review from Andrew P

Please be warned My first experience with Carvana was awful. I put $1,500 as a down payment which it CLEARLY states on the website that they will NOT pull until your pickup date. Well, they pulled it today one week early before even verifying any documentation that they requested from me. I also bought insurance for the vehicle as it is required from them prior to pickup also. They then turn around and tell me I have to cancel the order because I don't have the necessary documents to purchase from them so when I asked about my refund , they said they can't refund me for 7-10 business days. They took my money BEFORE verifying anything! That is crazy to me. I have contacted my credit card company to tell them to stop the payment but the investigation could take up to 45 days. Absolutely madness from this company. I just want this out there for others to see and hopefully help them somehow. Disgusting behavior.Review from Kanna R

Absolute worst experience selling a car to Carvana. They completely lie about the process being easy. The guys who work to check and pick up the car on the ground have no clue, are rude and refer everything back to customer service. **************** phone line takes over 1 hour to connect - be prepared for phone hold hell! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CARVANA!!!Review from Brandon P

One of the worst experiences buying a car anyone could have! We were LIED to about the condition of the car, which needs about $4,800 worth of repairs, which silver rock refuses to cover. This whole thing has been a never ending nightmare. Now we only have 1 car since we traded in our other car. Thank you carvana and silver rock for s******* us over. We will NEVER do business with carvana again and will NEVER recommend anyone else buy a car from them. They clearly don't value or appreciate their customers and only care about taking your money. I bought a car on Carvana several years ago and it was a wonderful experience. I recently bought an Audi and Carvana cancelled the order on the delivery day saying they couldn't reach me. No one ever tried to reach me. I even called asking when it was being delivered as I hadn't heard from them and they assured me it was on it's way. Come to find out later it was canceled a couple hours before my call. I then ordered a Porsche and they promised the previously paid shipping fee would be refunded. It never happened. I've been in touch a couple more times each offering hallow promises of a refund. I've spent countless hours on this having to repeat the whole story each time. Their incompetence is staggering. I love my car but will never buy from Carvana again.Review from Sandra K

Picked up a vehicle from this location on 7/7/24, on 7/12/24 I was stranded in another state in a parking lot with a dead battery. I purchased a battery and then asked Carvana to reimburse me for my expense, as the I had possession for five days. The response was I should have taken the vehicle to an authorized repair facility. The vehicle was dead, so I was to pay to have it towed, so they could replace the battery. They will not reimburse me for my expenses, when this is clearly a result of them not performing the vehicle inspection properly prior to releasing the vehicle to the consumer. Bought a car from Carvana 2 years ago. Started having problem after a couple month, called carvana with no help because it was past the 100 day warranty. Coolant in the engine overheating, paid ***** to fix that to have more problems. Now I am still paying on a car I can't drive. I would never recommend carvana to anyone. It makes sense that the Carvana website doesnt let you give your own review/feedback. Looks like they strictly use employee feedback as customer feedback. Everything I see on the website is a lie. From what I can tell, Carvana will give you the bare minimum based on features rather than the actual condition of the car. No heated seats means no value. Its a scam geared toward desperate people that need money by selling their vehicle. Never been more disappointed in a company that spends more money on Marketing than Quality of Service.Review from Dell J

Completely untrustworthy customer service. I purchased the vehicle went through the verification process and paid the required fees. They then came up with an excuse for me to cancel the purchase and raised the price afterwards. So if I wanted the same vehicle i would have had to pay more. So the vehicle that was ****** now cost ******.Review from Pitt M

We have purchased 5 vehicles through Carvana and recommended people through the years. However, each purchase got worse. The first was OUTSTANDING. After that, it was crazy. There were 2 times where the car we reserved never transpired with no explanation, delays in delivery, and being that you get a different person each time you call, you get someone that didn't read the previous notes or they relay a different response then the one you previously received, not to mention it was a hassle to deal with there warranty department. The last attempt was the last straw. I have used the same credit union for 20 years and 5 times with Carvana. My lender dropped the word "federal" but everything else the same. We reserved a vehicle, agreed to the shipping cost and got approved to purchased the vehicle. However, when it reached the finance department, they asked us to get another a lender because of the name change. They admitted there was no problem with them and that they had approved them 5 times previously. Mind you, my lender had already cut the check. I have never experienced a car dealership not accepting payment. Nevertheless, we canceled the purchase and bought a vehicle a week later with an online competitor that accepted payment from my credit union. I'm done with purchasing vehicles through Carvana. Their car buying experience is not suited for us.
