      Looks like I fall in the bucket of another buyer with a bad review. Bought my car a little over a year ago and have since gone to trade it in. The trade in value was very low, so of course I inquired as to why. My car did not and does not come with a sunroof. However, it does in fact have a leaking (since the day it arrived) sunroof. It was advertised with no aftermarket parts or additions. I went back and looked just to be sure. The bright lights have never worked. Problem was that when the car was delivered, I was on vacation and miss the 7 day return period by one day since they would not wait one more day for me to return home. I had already told them I would not be there. Customer service is a nightmare and will not help at all.

      Terrible experience with Carvana. **************** was extremley poor, delays, miscommunications left and right, fraud on appraisals and trade ins. Poor experience. Do not recommend

      This company is definitely a scam. Be prepared to have a car that definitely does not have any type of inspection on it. At all. Sold me a car. I had to get the entire brake system. Re done because they told me to use their insurance company which immediately denied it. So the money came out of my pocket. By the time they even set up the appointment. I had only 2 days to return the car which they told me. It would be fixed and it never was so paid for new breaks and brand new tires. Because the tires they had on it were 5 years old and starting to crack. There's no way that they're inspecting these cars. And that was the second car. They gave me the first car they gave me. Which was traded for the second one, had multiple issues with including most likely transmission issues.And in the car completely died and would not start.They had to come to the car.That should have been my only red flag that I needed to not do business with them.And now and stuck with a car

      Carvana sold me a car that would not pass my State's Inpection requirements, leaving me with a car that is illegal to drive. It is LAW that Carvana must fix the car or provide a refund. They refuse to do either. I'm sure they know that it's too expensive for an average person to sue them. I would never trust them to sell me a car ever again.

      On 03/07/2025 I purchased a 2018 *********************. The very day it was delivered to me, I drove it to the store and on the way the 4WD light came on. I immediately called Carvana and they told me to take the vehicle to a preferred place for inspection and to be fixed. I took the vehicle to ********* and they informed me the light was turned off before delivery and my *** that controls the 4WD system was going bad. So I had to take my car to **** ******** dealership and they informed me of the same issue and also a leak behind my engine. Well The *** system was out of stock so Carvana delivered a used part to put in my car and denied the claim for the oil leak to be fixed. Mind you there were minor infraction on the cosmetic part which was ok because it was a small scratch here and there. You could barely see the scratch. But when it came to my *** they sends the dealership a used part. Why? What if something happens to that part. Will I have warranty on that part? Now the second issue is that the vehicle has a coolant leak they are refusing to fix. My vehicle has been in the shop since April which is well within the limitation of my warranty. They knew these vehicles have issues, they should not be showcased for purchase. Now 3 weeks later I am still without a vehicle and they wont even give me a loaner or a rental. They want me to pay out of pocket for a rental before being reimbursed. I dont have money for rentals or Lyfts to get back and forth to work. I need help and I really need this issue fixed. Carvana can not get away with this. There must be something in the fine print. *********** is the warranty company dealing with this matter and who also denied my claim for the leak.

      BOUGHT FROM CARVANA 2017 ***** S90 T6 INSCRIPTION. GAVE ***** FOR IT 1YR AGO HAVE PUT 500 MILES ON IT SINCE. TRIED TO TRADE FOR A HYBRED ELECTRIC CAR ELR BUT WAS ONLY OFFERED ***** FOR IT WHEN IT WAS FINANCED BY CARVANA. THIS IS ********,DON'T BE FOOLED BY CARVANA,RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.THEY ARE A BUNCH OF RIP OFF ARTISTS.

      Please do not ever buy a car from Carvana. We purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q60 for the first time. It will be the last time I ever buy from them again. The car has a number of major issues.

      I really wish I had found these reviews before giving them any money. The just took $500 of my money. It seemed like the whole process was going great. There was one last task to do and I was on the phone with them and I know they verified this "task" because my husband's boss called while I was still on hold to let me know he spoke to them and that I was all set... for the carvana guy to come back on and abruptly tell me they couldn't continue with the sale and hung up on me. I call back and they hang up and won't tell me anything. They need to be sued.
