      I purchased a Farberware 6 quart covered stockpot with a smart steam vent on the glass lid. The *** is **********. The first time I tried to use the stockpot I noticed the lid handle was cracked. The package label stated there was a limited lifetime warranty, so I presented a warranty claim approximately 9 weeks ago. I submitted photos of the damaged lid handle and photos of the new, unused pot and glass lid. Only the lid handle is damaged and the lid and pot are fine. Their own website indicated they would respond to the warranty claim within 5-7 days. I have called and emailed and have not received a reply from Farberware to my warranty claim. I simply want them to replace the cracked lid handle. I don't think that's asking too much!

      I purchased two 14-inch frying pans, two different types. One of the two pans that I receive is wrong on both size and style. It is a 11.25-inch in size and in bright color which I do not ever want to own. I created a ticket with them and provided all proof of the shipment, but no responses. And I have been emailing and calling the merchant many times for a week, but again not a single response - the phone calls will not reach anyone live. Today I emailed to ask for a return on the purchase altogether, but I doubt that they will respond. Never again with this company.

      I attempted to contact Farbarware about an issue regarding one of their products. I have not received any response from them. I have emails sent to them unfortunately i cannot figure out how to download them but they are stored in my email. My mouth was a mess for days, bleeding and I have a melted spoon. I want my money returned. I am willing to give them the cheap product I received.

      I purchased a 4qt saucepan from the Farberware website on December 19, 2023. Today is February17, 2024. I have not received the saucepan even though I payed %40 for it. A ticket number was assigned to me in mid January 2024 with no explanation of why I have not received the saucepan. Is it out of stock? Did they send it and got lost? I've called Farberware numerous times with no response. No one at Farberware answers the phone. I recently received an email from Farberware saying, " We haven't heard from you in a while". Farberware has a substandard, poor, quality control service. Send me back my money or send the late, late Christmas present to me.

      On Dec 14th ********************************************************** checking the tracking number it was not connecting. I checked the post office many times between the 20th and present. I called the number for Farberware and learned they only did email. I emailed many times only to get ticket numbers.. My last ticket # was ****** that I have been using to communicate.. I have gotten no response whatsoever. They cleared the checked and I still have no product or refund. I would like my money refunded to my account

[ ******************************************************************************************************* ]The phone number on this page has a directory recording, but I have not been able to talk with a human and have not received a call back after leaving a message. [ ***************************************************************************************************************************** ]When I try to log in to view My Tickets, I receive this error message: You are not authorized to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.I paid $111.55 for this cookware set and would like either to get a replacement for the damaged item or refund & return the entire set.

      For Christmas we received a set of pots and pans and upon opening them one was broken. I have emailed the company twice, and submitted a ticketed (12/27/23), called multiple times, no one is available by phone, their live chat feature on their website doesn't work. I have tried contacting them through their social media account and have not heard back from any representative. I want my broken pan replaced, especially since they are under warranty. But at this rate with how terrible their customer service is I want my full refund because this is not a business I want to support.

      I purchased a pot on farberware website on January 6 ****. The confirmation email states it will ship in 1-2 business days. As of today it still has not shipped but they still charged me for the pot. Ive emailed twice with no reply and any phone number that is listed to contact customer service doesnt work. I am not able to speak with anyone in person. I dont know what to do.

      I submitted a complaint about their food processor and on Dec 11, they assigned it a number, ******. That was around ten business days ago. Their email indicates they would respond a lot quicker. And yes, I have repeatedly checked my spam folder.

      On December 14th, I ordered pots/pans from Faberware Cookware on-line. I was charged ***** to my Credit Card. On December 16th, I received part of my order and the remainder of my order says it is being prepared for shipping.On December 26th, I still did not receive the remainder of my order and the status still showed being prepared for shipping so I submitted a ticket to Faberware asking for an update or refund of remaining pots/pans if they were not in stock. I received an auto response saying someone would reach out in 2 business days.On January 3rd ****, I still had not received any updates or response from customer service, I tried to call the **** number but you are not directed to a person, only to email any issues to customer service. I emailed ********************** again, asking for update or partial refund. On January 3rd ****, I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint about being charged for goods I did not receive.On January 4th ****, contacted BBB.
