      I ordered a pot set from farberwarecookware.com on about December 3, 2023. I received an email confirming my order and the email stated I would receive an email confirming my tracking for my order once order was authorized. I never received a tracking email. My purchase was charged to my bank account on December 7, 2023. I attempted to contact customer service per the number on the website but it is just a recording giving guidance to fill out a complaint thru a link on their website or to chat with someone live to inquire the whereabouts of my order. I filled out a complaint on December 15th and second one on December 20th explaining I was charged but never received my order and that I wanted a refund. It was already beyond the timeframe I should have received an email with tracking for my order as well as delivery of my order. Per the email I would get a response within 1-2 business days about my complaint sent on 15th and 20th but never did. Since my complaints I received an email on December 24th asking me to write a review on my order. I also attempted several times to chat live during the timeframe the website says they are available to but the link never worked. At this time I request a full refund.

      My issue is with Farberware Cookware Company!Nov 27 2023 Ordered *********** black friday sale, (SH36480-FBW-27 Nov 2023). Nov 29 2023 Charge shows up on my **** card $144.98. By Dec 1 2023 I start monitoring the status of pan shipment on Farberware website. Dec 6 2023 status reads Unfulfilled & paid for. I am at this point trying to reach customer order service department. I try their website, phone numbers, and chat links...nothing works. I was able to finally be assigned a help ticket #****** on Dec 19, 2023. I have been GHOSTED by this company, you can't talk to a human. I am currently trying to dispute the charge Farberware charged me...for NO products. Finally, I keep getting emails to review my ***********, this company is run VERY poorly.Please warn others! Do not do business with this company! They take your money, you can't contact the ************* never get your products. Thanking you in advance of any help.

      I have a set of three Faberware pots, and the lids on all three have broken. Faberware claims to have a limited lifetime warranty on their products, per their website (*************************************************) and in order to make a claim, you have to submit a form on their website. I did this in February 2023. I got a confirmation email with my ticket number, and the email indicated that it may take 2-4 weeks to get a response. After waiting this amount of time and receiving no response, I followed up. No response, I followed up a few more times. It has now been over 7 months with no response. I've tried calling, but there is literally no way to speak to a representative on the phone; the system always directs you to file a ticket on their website.

      I reached out to Farberware on November 7 because of a piece of kitchenware I purchased that has a lifetime warranty that no longer works. I filled out all of the information it requested online, including pictures of the item. I received an automated email with a case number (******) that said that they would respond within 3 to 5 business days. Its now been ten days and I still have not received a response. *** tried emailing to follow up but no reply. And their phone number doesnt actually provide a way to contact a human person directly. This company is committing fraud and false advertising by not honoring their advertised warranty.

      I was gifted a farberware French Door Air Fry Toaster Oven. It worked for 10 minutes, shut off and would not turn back on. I spoke to two supervisors ************** and they both said because I had no receipt they would not help me. I explained it was a gift and that I didnt have a receipt. All I want is a working air fryer.

      Simply put, you can't contact customer service/support!!!!!!!!I tried for 45 minutes this morning using emails given on website, phone numbers given on website and chat links that did not work. On one of my emails to the email address given on their website for support returned an email saying this was a non-monitored email and gave me a link to use that did not work. I finally gave up realizing they didn't want to communicate with anyone about the support of their products!

      Tried every way I could JUST to ask a question about an "attachment" for a Faberware Stand Blender I bought two days ago. Tried calling the **************** # on the manual, no longer good. Tried customer service numbers on the inter-net (two different ones) no good. Tried troubleshooting site with their "**" rep. ** good, the ** could not understand the question. The ** rep. wanted to direct me to a repairman when nothing was broken. She or it could not understand that. I only wanted to know if a Meat Grinder, ************** & Pasta Maker attachment shown on line FOR the Faberware mixer will fit. It's made by Kitchen aid, and Kitchen Aid says it will not. There seems to be no real way to contact Faberware.

      In early August 2023, we submitted a warranty claim to Farberware to replace our 10" Millennium Nonstick Frying Pan, which carries a lifetime warranty.On 9 August 2023, Farbarware denied the warranty claim. I immediately sent a response asking exactly why our warranty claim was denied, and have not received a response.On 21 August 2023, I submitted a new warranty claim, hoping to get a response as to why Farberware would not cover our claim.As one can see from the enclosed pictures, the frying pan has not been abused, and it's clear the coating simply did not have the quality for a lifetime of service.Since then, I have sent follow-up emails requesting status, and have yet to receive a response.I have attempted to call their customer service phone number, but I have not been able to reach a customer service representative. The phone system is only recordings!No one should have to experience this type of poor customer service, especially when a lifetime warranty is involved.My wife and I are in our 70's, and take good care of our cooking essentials.Hopefully, the BBB can intercede on our behalf, and get our frying pan replaced.Respectfully,***********************

      I filed a warranty claim with Farberware on January 18, ************************************************************************* process. I received a tracking number on January 23, 2023 saying the replacement was shipped. I never received the replacement shipment and when I checked the website for the status of the claim it said "in process". I called customer support and spoke with someone who apologized and said she would look into it and call me back, but she never did. I have tried to contact the Farberware support line several times since March 2023. They have eliminated the option to speak to a human being and all of my follow-up requests via submitted tickets and emails to support@frberware go unanswered.Farbareware claims a "lifetime warranty" on their cookware. My warranty request was approved by phone and email. I still have not received a replacement and all calls and emails go unanswered.I would like a replacement product or reimbursement for the cost of a replacement. Thank you.

      Farberware Millennium T Q05 - 5 quart pot. The back end of the handle is very sharp. It chipped the the edge of my new kitchen sink. It caused an $800.00 expense to replace the sink. I would like to be reimbursed because their product is hazardous to use. I have replaced several sinks, but never before only two years of use. There was not a warning enclosed about the danger of using this pot with the sharp edged handle.On February 9, 2023 I filed a complaint with Faberware and Ticket #****** was received. There has been no other response despite calling or texting on March 7, April 25 and May 8.
