  This company does not care about helping you or your child. They care about a paycheck and tormenting you and your child out of "principle". They preach to you to make sure your child wears their helmet 23 hours a day. I went for an adjustment two Friday mornings ago. Three hours later my child had red marks all over his head. I called and they told me a clinician was very busy and probably would not be able to call me back that day. As a result, my son did not wear his helmet all weekend. Wanting to comply with their rules, I went to the clinic at 9am Monday morning. That morning they said his helmet definitely needed to be adjusted but they could not help my son then, I could come back at 2pm (there was one other baby in the office). I could not come back at 2pm, I was there then. I made an appoint for 7:30am the next day. This meant I had to spend three hours driving back and forth and then 30 minutes loading and unloading a baby. Fast forward to two weeks later. We had a 7:50am appointment. There was a crazy down pour which caused massive traffic. My son arrived at his appointment 15 minutes late. My husband was told they could not help him because he was late. Every room was empty because everyone was running late. They said they had to wait to 9am to be scene. At 9:00am my husband was told they do this to everyone out of principal. That it does not matter if they have other appointments or not, you will not be scene. again out of principle. As a result of refusing two help my son twice now simply out of principle, he will not wear this helmet again and I will make sure my insurance does not pay you anymore. I will go to any other place. This company does not have ********'s best interest in mind. They care about making adults travel all over and making 6 month old's wait to be scene or not helping them at all. I am so sorry I ever even entertained this company.

  Our ped recommended CT and we did get our first band. Weve been told all along we would probably need a second band. The last session where they took more photos, we were told some conflicting things weve heard along the way. For the first time we were told might need PT but not required. When the report went to our ped there was something about the PT as the first thing noted which would delay us getting a second band and we werent told it was needed by the therapist so insurance wouldnt move forward with the second band but then ct told us we could Move forward with cash which wouldnt hit our deductible and move forward schedule, which we dont want to delay with her age. After talking to a nurse and neighbor they also had various challenges that just make ct seem like a racket. We went to PT and the therapist said shes had many patients with issues lately with ** also told ** our report isnt as drastic as ** made and we went to a different place and they also had a similar report as the PT so sounds like ** is a bit of a scam/racket and just care about money. It did help the head shape but they havent been honest and transparent. We have a bad taste in our mouth
