Its my understanding this company has multiple rentals and cant keep track of them. We had broken pipes we didnt notice prior to move in and a bunch of floor glue scatter over the top of the vinyl floors. The place was just thrown together. When we would text the landlord ***** she would take hours to the next day to respond. We had food spoil once with zero regard. We had to have multiple appliances replaced right when we moved in and sent roofers instead of someone more in line with refrigerators. Once they sent an electrician to look at the dryer and he admitted to not knowing why they sent him. We had a rodent issue and they were supposed to send the pest guy to follow up after his first visit and never did. Not only are they not easy to deal with but very unfriendly. They made moving out and getting the deposit back a nightmare as well. We hired a cleaning crew and it looked better than we found it. They had the place listed before they would even send us the deposit back. I would stay clear from any rentals if you see the Viking company.
