      We visited a NextCare location in ********, ** near where we live. We came in because our pediatrician couldn't get us in for our sick child who's breathing sounded bad, had a bad cough and was running a fever. When we got in for initial screening, the scale wasn't working properly to get a weight. After messing with it a fews times it managed to come on enough to barely get a read out of weight. None of their thermometers were working properly to get a temperature. I asked if there was an underarm thermometer they could use since none of their forehead thermometers worked and they said they didn't have any of those. Height wasn't taken. None of their Pulse Oximeters worked or couldn't get a reading and that seems very dangerous in this situation. If someone brings their child into see you about a potential upper respiratory issue, you need an accurate reading of pulse and oxygen levels to properly treat and recommend for that. The provider came into the room and was no help at all. She wore no identification and did not introduce herself until we asked who she was. She made a poor attempt at listening to breathing, she didn't check ears and really didn't check anything. He was upset and so she just said to take him to the emergency room...which was also bad advice. We didn't need an ER, we needed a good provider to assess him. Fortunately, there is another pediatrics office in town and they were willing to take us in for a visit, run proper checks and give us a treatment plan...for less than what NextCare charged. We truly got no care or service at NextCare and I'm concerned that they aren't properly qualified and I need to file a complaint with our state's health department. They charged us $205 and we very much want a refund for not providing us with anything.

      Earlier today 11/08/2022 I went to see a provider the time was 4 pm but the person in the front desk told me that it would be faster if I set and my appointment was set for 6:45 PM but I never got to see a provider I waited for an hour and I was not able to see a provider. The staff in the Nogales Arizona office are really rude.

      I've had the worse experience ever here today. I was humiliated, discriminated against, intimidated against, and felt threatened. My 3 kids crying cause they were scared of the P.A. ************************************* cause she started yelling and threatening me. She tried to kick me out with my three kids cause I asked why she wouldn't treat my sons pink eye. She didn't even examine him. She walked into the room 3 feet away from my son and said he doesn't have pink eye. I told her he does and woke up with his eyes glued shut with mucus . I asked to speak to manager and she got so upset and started intimidating me and accusing me of false accusations of feeling threatened. I never once yelled or acted out of character.The manager came in named ********************************* and was saying she couldn't do anything even tho I told her I'm feeling threatened. When I tried to ask for P. A.s name the manager told her she doesn't have to give me her name . I asked for my discharge papers she said it will take an hour and I can come back later to get them Then refused to give them to me and gave me a paper with nothing on it but saying person with feared complaint in whom no diagnosis was made . I started crying to them asking why am I being treated like this in front of the whole urgent care and other patients because I wanted treatment for my son who has pink eye . My kids shouldn't have had to deal with any discrimination or to feel threatened in anyway. I was very upset to know I was denied treatment. This nextcare is very unprofessional including P.A. ************************************* and ********************************* the manager .

      On 16 December 2021, I sent to a letter to the Nextcare Urgent Care office in ************, ** inquiring about billing issues from Qest Diagnostics I'd been dealing with.I'd been seen at the Nextcare Urgent Care 4 June 2020, and was receiving two bills from Quest Diagnostics for $10,136.00 and $2,069.70. I'd asked to provide an itemized list of services they'd rendered that warranted those charges. My letter was addressed to the Office/Biling Manager.My letter was returned to me by the ************* ***************

      We made an appointment via phone for a high school sports physical and we were told that Next Care had a special $35 promotion. The sales rep asked my sons age and name etc and then booked the appointment. The physical exam experience was fine however when it was time to pay Next Care virtually doubled the price from $35 to $66. The excuse for the price increase was that my son was 18. I feel like we were scammed with a bait and switch tactic. I intend to not let this farce go unnoticed!

      I visited a nextcare clinic on 3/6/22 for a health issue and paid $35. Since then, my insurance provider told me my co-pay is $30 and they would deal with Nextcare to get me credited the $5. I have been receiving bills for $24.82 and have not gotten a response from Nextcare. Nextcare owes me $5 and they need to stop sending me invoices. Account # ****************.

      My daughter was seen on 3/24/2022 for a medical appointment with ***********************************. Online I registered and provided both the primary and secondary insurance. After completion of the visit, the front desk asked for payment up front. I asked what the cost would be after both the primary and secondary processed. She stated that she didn't receive the secondary information from the online registration. I handed her a copy of the card and she scanned it in. I received a bill in April that only had the primary insurance information showing that it had processed towards the deductible. I called, and again they didn't have the secondary information on file. In May, I received the same bill. I sent a letter with copies of both cards for them to process the secondary information. In June, I received the same bill without the secondary being processed. So I called. The individual told me it was processing. I received the same bill in July, and now in August threatening to send me to collections. I paid the bill in full today and I told them I would be reporting them. I will not do business with them again.

      Provider *********************** of NextCare urgent care contacted ********************* because I wanted to understand why she suddenly stopped serving my 2 children, after I respectfully informed her of my concerns regarding her physician assistant. They were both unprofessional and her the aggressor. According to their website and prerecorded message , NextCare provides safe care to patients and this was not the case.

      I was told insurance was not going to be charged - As all the others in the waiting room did not show or have insurance. They as I paid a fee upfront for covid testing. I asked the question multiple times (Is my insurance going to be charged? Repeatedly got "No" as an answer) only to find out differently at a letter point. Their **************** is a joke. Waiting forever, as mentioned many times before. Such a shame. I would suggest having one of their owners or C-Level employees try to use their own system for any questions or billing disputes.
