They consigned our jeep in December of 2023, sold it in January of 2024 and have never paid off our loan or the over $16,000 they owe us - $31,000 total plus the return of money for cancelling a service plan. The car was financed by the new buyer and it currently has 2 loans on it - we have no idea how they managed that. We have proof that both loans exist and have contacted our lender. The owner/manager, *******, has repeatedly lied to us about paying off the loan and paying us. He has gone so far as to pretend that the buyer was struggling with obtaining financing. The buyer has already made 2 payments on a car that we also continue to make payments on. The company obtained $44,000 for the jeep and was paid in full by the new lender many months ago. We would like our money and for the lender to be paid.

On October 25th, 2023 I traded in my 2015 *********** for a 2011 Lexus IS250 at Arizona Specialty Motors in *****, **. ******, an employee at the time, was walking me through the paperwork as I had a car loan on the ***** Cruze I was trading in. She told me that I would need to make payments on the ***** Cruze until they pay it off. In our contract, this should have been within 30 days, however I was unaware of this timeline and continued making payments beyond the 30 days. Each month I would be reimbursed by the dealership for my payments towards the ***** Cruze car loan, which was about $284. I did not receive the reimbursement for the March 2024 payment that was made. I had been sending screenshots of my payments to ****** at the dealership so they knew to reimburse me. This employee no longer responded to my messages, so I called a different employee from the dealership to get help with it. ****, also a former employee, let me know that ****** no longer works for them. When I told **** what was going on with the payments, he was highly concerned and said that it was wrong. **** told me that the car (*****) should have already been paid off by the dealership. However, the car loan and the vehicle are still under my name to this day. They also continue to have the ***** Cruze posted on their website for sale. When I tried to call the dealership, nobody answers the phones. After getting suspicious, I began reading reviews on ****** and Yelp and read MANY similar stories from other customers who also traded in a vehicle. I began making calls to the banks that I have my car loans with, and they said there is nothing they can do for me, and that I should contact law enforcement and the State Attorney for further action. This business is clearly breaking contracts and continuing to get away with it. I am looking for some guidance on how to get this issue resolved as I am unable to get a hold of anyone who can help me.

On 12/10/2023 I purchased a used 2020 Mustang GT from Arizona Specialty Motors. In doing so, I traded in my car at the time, a 2021 ***** Accord. I was instructed to cancel any additional warranties the ***** had so that they could pay off the vehicle and complete the transaction. I did so and provided proof of cancellation by email to the finance manager (****) in which I received no reply to. I was able to reach them by phone a week later and was told the pay off check was sent out. As of today (2/23/2024) the ***** remains on my credit report and has not been paid off. Any attempt I have made to contact this business have been difficult as the phones are never answered and emails are rarely replied to. I was told on one of the rare occasions by an employee in the finance department (Saraya) that they would Zelle me any money I would spend on paying off the monthly car payment for the *****. I find this highly unlikely but have already made two payments on the ***** since 12/10/2023. I just want my trade in paid off and to be refunded for all additional payments Ive had to make in order to preserve my credit history and so that I can be done with this horrible business.

Purchased Jeep in early September 2023. Initially was told there was a title issue that would be resolved shortly and I would receive my license plates. I contacted MVD after two months of ownership and was told that there was still a lien on vehicle and the dealership did not transfer owner ship yet. After several attempts was finally able to get a hold of the dealership and was told that they should have never sold Jeep to me because they did not have the title and did not know when they would have it. I purchased the warranty package as well. Had $2,500 dollars of work completed out of pocket because when I contacted the warranty company was told dealership never sent payment for warranty plan so plan was never initiated. Five plus months of making payments and still no tags, still confirmed lien through mvd and dealership is unresponsive.

      The transfer has been completed.

10 Feb 24- Thought I was going to buy a car. Placed $2000 down. There was no deal. I never took possession of the car. The only time I drove it was during the test drive. They could not complete a deal on that Saturday. At 3:15 pm Monday they are asking for a lot of additional documents. No contact from the salesman. The very next morning I inform the owner that I wasn't going to take the car. I have text the salesman, finance person and the owner that I want my money returned. As of today, 21 Feb 2024 my money has not been returned. Being **************** I have a Navy Federal account and that is where the money has been taken from. I just want my money returned. I will be stopping in at ************ on 23 Feb ******************************* this matter. I work for the state until 5pm and they, Navy Federal, close at 5pm too. Friday they are open later.

Purchased a Lexus SC430 from them in July 2022. I knew the car was over the miles limit on the covered Timing Chain. When I told them I would purchase the car minus the cost to install a new timing chain ($2600) They said If I bought an extended warranty for $1700 that would cover the cost of the $2600 and I would still have 2 years worth of warranty. 2 salesman, ***** some other guy and the finance manager basically told me a bold face lie.I bought the car based on what they told me. Since I had to pay for the work, I decided to cancel the warranty. When I called *****, the new finance manager, at Arizona Specialty Motors, she said she would talk to the dealer and see if they could work something out. Arizona Specialty Motors, did not even try to work anything out. The dealer said they never received a call from her. As a result, I lost the $1600 for the cost of the warranty and the $2600 for the new timing chain. All told, I spent $4200. $2600 should have been taken off the price of car. Plus, I would not have purchased the warranty. I feel Az specialty motors should refund me, at least, the cost of the warranty. Why they all lied is another story. A copy of this complaint is being forwarded the the Arizona ************************ as, I believe, Bilking a customer out of $4200 is against the law. I am recommending to the ** that he interview this complaint with the company and look into other illegal activities they purpratrate on unsuspecting consumers.

On 2/17/2023 I purchased a **** Jeep Rubicon for $18k from ** specialty motors in *****. I drove down from ****** to make this purchase. On 2/18/23 I took the Jeep into ******************* to have them look over the Jeep and to tell me what it would cost to add some sway bars to it. Well upon close inspection the technician found that BOTH the front and rear axle housings were "severely bent" and that the Jeep wasn't mechanically safe or sound to operate on OR off road. And that further damage would occur if driven. They gave me a ball park estimate of $10k to purchase new axle housings and all of the labor that would be involved to re-fabricate the new axles in place since all of the brackets and suspension was custom. On 2/19/23. I immediately emailed my sales agent pictures and the estimate/findings from *******************. After two weeks of short replies via-text or email from my sales agent I was finally able to get ahold of the owner. This guy totally turned things around on me telling me that HE AND HIS TEAM KNEW the axles were bent and that it was disclosed to me?! Really? NOT TRUE! Then answer me this... 1. Why would I purchase a 20yr. old Jeep for $18k with bent front and rear axles that you cant drive? 2. If I knew they were bent then why would I reach out to you about it less than 48hrs. after purchase? 3. Better yet, why would your sales agent respond back with "**** I have forwarded your email onto management, how expensive could axles possibly cost?" That doesn't sound like the kind of response from someone who supposedly disclosed that the axles were bent. I would think it would be like "Yeah **** we discussed this" I have ALL text and email communication from this sales agent NEVER once indicating this was disclosed. Total dishonest company and owner, NO integrity, this is fraud, I was well within 15 days and haven't put one mile on the Jeep. I will seek legal counsel and prevail if they choose not to do the right thing.

Arizona Specialty Motors communicated with customer and purposed a few options. Customer stated would remove reviews and mostly came down to a lack of communication on our part as a few staff members were out of office. Customer in end decided to fix vehicle himself. Arizona Specialty Motors and our shop and options are still available to customer if he so decides to do so. Thank you!

I requested a refund for the balance remaining on the Extended Warranty I purchased from **************** thru Arizona Specialty Motors (ASM). I waited 8 weeks and on Oct 28, 2022 **************** confirmed that ASM had cashed the refund check. Finally, On Jan 17, the finance manager for ASM (****) told me that the refund check was processed and that he was just waiting for it to arrive. I waited two more weeks and texted **** to inquire about my refund. His last text to me dated Jan 29 said that he had done all he could and it was out of his control. I still have no refund and I cannot get a response from **** despite calling and texting. Could you assist in getting my refund from ASM.

We bought a vehicle from Arizona Specialty Motors around June 14th and we purchased an extended warranty through them (contract # axppnate36292). We then realized very quickly that this car did not fit our needs and ********** on August 23rd 2022. We put approximately **** miles on the car. We sent Arizona Specialty motors a "cancellation request form" that they themselves told us to submit on September 13th 2022. We never heard anything from them. Then on October 7th 2022, we followed up with them and they requested some additional information and said that they would have to submit all of the info and that we should get our refund in 6-8 weeks. (We soon found out that that was there answer to everything). After not hearing anything for over 8 weeks, we contacted Arizona Specialty motors and they informed us that it is going to be 6-8 weeks. We have consulted with multiple other car dealerships, multiple banks, and even the warranty company that supposedly we had the contract with (cornerstone united) all of them said that payment is sent out promptly and when we contacted cornerstone, they said that they had already closed the account and had sent the payment back in November on the 16th 2022!!!We were told that the check should be more than $2700!!!WE ALSO DID SOME RESEARCH THROUGH THE BBB AND IT LOOKS LIKE I AM NOT THEIR 1ST VICTIM. We need your help to get this resolved and for the cash amount stated.Thank you.

The cancellation process, and timeline varies between service contract companies. We submitted all supporting documents once they were received and followed the proper procedure. Once the warranty company completes the cancellation they always tell us to give it about 30 days to process and for the check to come through. We just recently received the check, and our accounting office only comes in Fridays. The check will be mailed out to the clients this coming Friday in the amount due back per the warranty company.

I'm really sorry, I wasn't certain that you needed me to respond until I had received the payment. Currently, they had said that the payment was going to be sent on Friday the 20th of January 2023. I still have not received anything (and you would think that I would've by now). Please do not close this case as of yet, because these guys are very dishonest as I have come to find out through other disputes with them in the past.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM YET! (1-24-23)
As I stated earlier, the warranty company that we contacted back in December stated that they reimbursed this warranty the last week of November (to *******) and closed out our account that same day in November! Something sounds fishy and that is why I need your help.

      Thank you,

      ****

The last transaction that included the ****** GTR was totally fraudulent from a trade in standpoint. The repairs that needed to be done due to the theft of parts and incorrect replacement parts along with the undisclosed accident far exceeds what they are asking for.At this time they are not eligible for a refund due to the previously mentioned that outlines their conduct. In fact, we are considering legal action against them!
