I was a loyal customer to this place for over a decade (before they had their big, fancy, indoor showroom). However, after my latest experience, I will never be back again. They sold me a car and an extended warranty, with an incentive that if the car had issues and I brought it back to them, then I would not have to pay the $200 deductible. So, I took it to them when the ** went out and the back hatch would not open. They fixed the back hatch, but in the process, ***** the inside plastic panel. Yet the technician lied and said it was broken when I brought it in, so they would not take responsibility to replace it. When I asked the service reps to get me in contact with their manager, they just bought in another service rep and gave me the run around, over and over. It took me over 2 weeks of calling and even reaching out to the salesman who sold me the car before I could get in contact with a manager. However, he gave me the same run around as the service reps. ***** of all, they never fixed the ** after bringing it in twice, having it sit in their shop for over 2 weeks and charging me several hundred dollars. The first time they fixed it, the cold air didn't even last for 20 minutes, and the second time it only lasted two weeks. So, I finally took it somewhere else and that shop diagnosed and fixed it on the first shot. I'm not sure what happened, but this place, but it's not what it used to be.Review from Jaimee P

Advertised prices are based on finance perks and trade-in discounts. This is sham marketing and takes advantage of consumers with their shady marketing techniques. Im glad I found this out before stepping foot onto the dealership lot.Review from Raymond S

I recently had my vehicle repossessed and I came back to recover my possessions in the vehicle. I clearly saw once I opened the vehicle that my stuff was ransacked and thrown everywhere. Someone stole items that belonged to my children, my tools and so much more is missing. Every bag was opened, with items thrown about. ************************************************* and the towing company have themselves Thieves and hold no integrity or honesty. It clearly happened whilst being towed or on the property of auto house where they had the vehicle. I'm sure they are investigating themselves and will find themselves not guilty of any wrong doing. They say they will be contacting me but they're clearly putting on a front and trying to give me the run around. What kind of company allows their employees or associates to be Thieves? None could look me in the eye and keep contact as we spoke. They all kept saying the same thing, contact date street, contact auto house, contact the towing. None of them are giving me answers or my stolen property which was in their possession.Review from Andrea G

I purchased a jeep from this dealer on Oct 9th and the day after I had an issue with the start stop system and a few other. I took it back the next day and I was told by my sale rep that it may have an issue with the aux. battery and might have to be replaced. I didnt hear back until Oct 17th when they told me everything was fine and there was no issues after inspection. I asked for documentation of what they did but the service guy was gone. 2 months later I have the same message now showing up again so I made an appointment to get it checked , this is now the 3rd time I take my vehicle back and im now being told the battery is no longer good and there is something wrong with the switch. I asked why this wasn't brought up to my attention the first time around if it's the same issue I am having since I purchased. They claim they didn't have a code to run off and that they tested the batteries and that at the moment they probably just charged the battery. Now they want me to purchase the battery and pay an installing fee to fix "the problem" I was trying to understand why I have to pay to get the battery changed when they told me from the beginning it would be replaced ? They checked the history and stated it was never replaced . They told me it's a wear and tear issue and I am responsible for purchasing the battery since it's not under warranty. ******* said theyd try to get it aproved for them to cover the battery but they denied, the issue that was brought up to there attention since I purchased the vehicle and now I have to pay close to $400 to get this fixed. It has costed me time off of work just to drop off and pick up my vehicle. I now have to pay to get to work while they fix the issue and every time I go out there I have to drive half hour just to have the same issue occur. It is very inconvenient for me. I went months looking for the right vehicle and decided to do my buisness with this dealership but now it has become very frustrating.Auto House Response

This dealership is horrible!!...Took my daughter there to purchase her very first car, walked In and asked to see a vehicle on the lot I was interested in and immediately got crazy looks and a smartass question about buying a car. Why else would I be asking to see a car? Was told a salesperson would be sent out, 30 minutes later nothing. I guess if u don't look rich they want no parts. They lost out on a customer ready to make a cash purchase because they're stuck up! DON'T DO IT UNLESS U LIKE BEING PROFILED BECAUSE U DONT LOOK LIKE THEM! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!Auto House Response

Bought a car from them last week was asket if I wanted gap and was told if get it *** the car gets stolen it would pay me 10k above what insurance so I said sure when I was looking over my paperwork when I got home I see they charged me ****** for gap and ****** for the 10k part, I was never told it wasnt part of the gap, called and complained *** was to to bad you signed the papers and so more or less F off. These people are crooks dont buy from them!!!!Auto House Response

Would avoid doing business with Auto House in Tempe or any location. We were working with a salesman at the Temple location. I committed to buy a truck.....it was a CASH offer and the following morning when I thought we were going to do paperwork.....we were told that someone else was looking at the truck around 4pm today and they had first choice. I clearly state I would buy the truck multiple communication from their staff that stated it was available, I committed to purchase the truck with the salesman and it was a CASH sale for the price listed on multiple web listings. There are so many reputable car dealerships.... DON'T WASTE your time with Auto House.Auto House Response

NEGATIVE 10 This place sold my boyfriend a truck and its been a NON STOP issue since purchasing this vehicle. Engine / Transmission issues he bought through Tempe location , but the vehicle came from the Peoria location.its been in their shop 7 times now since he purchased in March.its had transmission issues like no other and they can't seem to get it right, they never communicate. you have to call and call and call to get some answers. It still idles rough to this day and shuts off randomly when driving?!?!? , but they are saying everything is fine with this vehicle.Not to mention when the first issue started the Tempe and Peoria location basically fought over who's problem it was to fix and its been a disaster since that day! OH and you don't get a loner EVEN if they sell you a vehicle that never should have been on the lot to sell in the first place! They SOLD him an unsafe vehicle that they can't seem to care to fix They talk you up sell you and then basically say s**** you... Worst buying experience ever! Bought a car on trade added a ***** dollar warranty and since buying the vehicle the dealership has had possession longer than I have. Repeated electrical issues, ac went out and needed new control arms not covered by the warranty. After having the vehicle for 2 weeks I insisted on a loan/rental vehicle. Was called by ****** on day 5 on rental car and was told sorry your car isnt ready but we only provide 5 days of rental car. This company is horrific to deal with and cites no lemon laws apply.Auto House Response

I bought a car from them and was assured the warranty and all was included. shortly after, took it to my mechanic, and was told it would soon need a new rack and pinion. I informed the dealership of this and was assured they would get a hold of me within 2 days. They then stopped taking my phone calls. Only after I wrote a bad review over 2 weeks later did they finally call and apologize and ask me to bring it in, which I did. They confirmed what we told them and went as far as to say they should have never sold it to me in that condition and once again, was told they'd call or email me within 2 days. Another 3 weeks later I called them because they never called me back and was told the ** is refusing to service the car and saying that the warranty was never included.
