      When I recently had to get a new vehicle, I knew already exactly where I'd go. I bought my previous car from drive time and had the best experience. I was right to come back because once again I had the best possible experience and couldn't be happier w my new car.

      I WOULD NEVER EVER GET A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!! YOU TURN THE VEHICLE BACK IN TO THEM BECAUSE YOU REALIZE THAT IT WAS MORE THAN WHAT YOU ANTICIPATED THE COST WAS AND THEY STILL WANT MONEY FROM YOU. THEY DID NOT DO THE RIGHT THING WHEN WE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEM THEY JUST TELL YOU THAT IT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND ALL IN ALL IT HASN'T!!

This disclosure details payment process, as well as, the APR, finance charge, amount financed, total amount expected to be paid throughout the life of the loan, total sales price. We offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase and contract terms. If they are not pleased, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). We are saddened to hear our customer is dissatisfied with the loan terms.       Dont buy nothing from these people they are scammers totally they lock your car so you cant fixed it so you have to be behind your payments on your car notes dont buy nothing from this people its not worth it!

We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase.
