Her determination in getting what the Customer wants (Within her ability to do so) is PRICELESS. IF you're looking to purchase a vehicle at Drive Time in Conyers Ga, be sure to ask for ******* ******. The entire staff was friendly.

    Worked with ******** (Mani) ****** at the *********, ** location. He will tell you that I'm definitely not one to waste time. I do not like fluff and "filler conversation." With that being said, he recognized that and was great in getting everything prepared and though it took a bit longer than I expected, the process went pretty smooth. This was vehicle was a great birthday gift for my wife's collection. Grateful for his demeanor and assistance.

    Drive time had me purchase an extended warranty through silver rock stating all major work would be covered .the first time I needed to use my coverage they denied the my claim .the mechanic at the place silver rock recommend told me that silver rock never wants to approve work to be completed even though the mechanic said that most of the work should've been approved.not only did silver rock deny my claim but never notified me I had my jeep in shop for one week thinking work was being performed missing work struggling to pay bills.the work performed had to be payed by myself I wouldn't of purchased the vehicle from drive time nor gotten there warranty plan through silver rock I believe they misslead me and they forfeited the contract between me and them I would like to be reimbursed for my out pocket payment for work provided and my week work lost due to communications on silver rock for not informing me they denied my claim

We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. To alleviate the potential impact on our customer, each of our vehicles includes the initial 30-day/1500-mile Limited Warranty, as well as the *************** Contract as an optional add-on. The coverages offered include Rental Reimbursement for every 8 hours of labor at a daily rate of up to $29.99/day for Covered Components, with a maximum of $300/00. Any time a customer may be experiencing a mechanical issue after purchase we would encourage them to contact the warranty provider, **********, for the next steps aimed to resolve our customers concerns. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.     I really didn't think I'd be able to buy a car. The one I had had so many problems and the latest issue was causing problems already. The drivetime crew really did there job correctly. I traded in my other car and got the car I have today, thanks!
