  A terrible experience! The salesman shows up and all goes well. He tells us we will be able to file for a tax credit because of the energy efficiency rating. We agree to purchase $10000+ worth of windows. When installation time comes the original salesman has moved on. The installation takes place and was unsatisfactory. Poor installation and caulking. We tried to contact someone who cares and only get the switchboard operators. Finally have someone in charge come and look and agree to make corrections. We requested to not have the original installation crew, but guess who shows up. They reinstall the windows and we signed off on the project. Now it's tax time and I begin contacting Andersen in Nov. about the tax credit information. They tell me it will go out toward the end of the year. I called again in Jan. and they tell me they will be sent by Jan. 6. On Jan. ******* I call back to let them know I haven't received the paperwork and they tell me they just recently quit doing the tax credits. These people are not worth what you're going to have to pay for windows. They advertise they are the premier installers. False advertising all the way around in my opinion. They have lied about the tax credits. Use another reputable window company and save yourself money and frustration.

  We have repeatedly told them to LEAVE ** ALONE!Today they mailed me with a "local" phone number that is actually in *************. I told her to QUIT knocking, mailing or calling me period. Apparently they think it's okay to take 4 months to get off their list.Outrageous. Their systems are from the dark ages even though their prices are ridiculous.

  Excellent is the word to describe my experience with the Renewal by Andersen team... from the sales rep ****** until today when the team came to deliver and install our beautiful windows - lead installer was ****. They did a great job, respectful of our home and furnishings, they took precautions and covered everything with fresh plastic and covering on the carpeting. They cleaned up everything and when it was all finished, **** walked through the project with my wife showing how the windows function, etc. The windows are beautiful - we love the TruScene insect screens in the windows.

  My project started in 2023. Now its October 2024 To date, I still have missing hardware w zero follow up from phone calls and e-mails. Today marks 4 weeks since my last incomplete hardware install. Still waiting for someone to return my calls and e-mails. Happy to post ALL the facts in my e-mail interaction and lack of w ***. In addition, I still have damage from initial install that has not been completed. Seems like this company takes your money without any remorse to complete the job.******** is expensive, I am busy and hoped it would be a seamless, professional job.************************ has this company represent them.Unprofessional, amateurs at best.A real kick the can organization.I just want my window job complete :(BEWARE!

  Excellent service - Renewal by Andersen pre-install team (****** P) did an outstanding job measuring and validating the window selections we made for our house. He took the time to clearly state what was going to be done and how the window would be installed. He spoke in language we could understand and we really feel comfortable with our selections.

  We think Andersen window are the best window on the market. And there installation process was awesome. Its so nice to have an insulation crew that takes pride in their work. Thank you, our windows are beautiful and we love the insulation value.

  Working with *****************, a Senior *******, with Southwest Windows and Doors LLC in ****** was the most fun I've had spending money in a long time. He was professional, informative, and very easy to work with. He augmented the information I received from *********************, listening to my thoughts on the project and helping to make my ideas come to fruition. I love the product, which consists of 10 new windows on my side porch. I'm very much looking forward to the installation and enjoyment of these windows. The energy savings is, also, going to be welcomed. I would highly recommend listening to what Renewal by ******** folks have to say.
