    BUYER BEWARE! Advanced *** came out three times and never fixed a ?@mp thing! But they charged me over $1000 in service fees! Each time they would try to get me to pay over $3000 to reroute the drain lines for the condensate and put in a stop switch to automatically shut down the ** if the drain line got clogged. I finally got fed up with their lack of professionalism and lack of honesty concerning my problem. Or maybe they were just that incompetent! However I think their main goal was to get me to pay a ridiculous amount to fix a simple "double trap" in the drain line. Anyway, I called a company that was highly recommended from a friend (***'s Construction) They came out and immediately noticed that the drain line had a double trap. They rerouted the drain line to take out the second trap and installed an auto shutdown switch (which is what Adv *** wanted to charge me over $3000 to do) and charged me a fair and honest $500. Now the drain flows freely and there is no more leaking in my closet ceiling. I sure could use some of that $1000 I paid them "for nothing" to help pay for the repair of my ceiling. But dishonesty seldom allows for doing the right thing. I'm the meantime, I highly recommend using someone else for your ** needs.BUYER BEWARE!
