I moved out at the end of 11/24, I was told I should have my deposit by the beginning of 01/25. I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned, the leasing & corporate office are not helping me out and giving me little to no information. They owe me back $633 & it feels as if they are avoiding me. I’ve reached out via email & phone calls MULTIPLE times and still have no information from them.

Hi there - I just moved from this property at the end of 2024 with San Xavier Casitas. This property was definitely your guys responsibility, it was not sold because you guys have been my point of contact the entire duration of living there. Today 2/24, I finally picked up my deposit from the leasing office. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty from you guys & you all made this very difficult for me. I’m happy I no longer need to be in contact with you guys, please do better and treat your residents better.

We have issues with not being able to get an apartment for my daughter due to the fact they keep saying that no credit report shows up and my wife and me wasted more than a week on the phones with them , it turns out that somebody mixed up the social security numbers for both of us , I also contacted the rent grow credit company which said the numbers are mixed up , we believe that they have to reimbuurse us $500.00 for all the headaches and time wasted still not being able to obtain an apartment for my daughter despite tha fact that she will pay only half since the apartment i will be shared with somebody else.. my wife obtained a mortgage in her name a few months ago and my credit shows up in my credit card accounts. If they fail to provide us with an apartment for my daughter in time for the next college semester a lawsuit will follow. for housing discrimination.

On March 15, 2023 I inquired about a property with San Xavier Casitas and I spoke to ****** about qualifying and what I needed to do. I explained I'm on section 8 housing and she wanted me to leave my voucher and apply with a $300 holding deposit on the property (which stayed listed on their website) and refundable if not approved and a $75 application fee. The total I paid was $388.13. ****** had sent me the link by email about everything I need to do. She also told me that one of the qualifications was 3 times what the rent is, but because I was section 8 it would be what my portion to pay every month is, $168. I also work and my paychecks reflected 3 times what my portion of the rent would be and because of the city ordinance I used my section 8 voucher as income, and that is $1400. On March 15,2023 I applied and received the same same day an email for signing a completed rental criteria document. They set up a profile on their website for me the same day and the same day I received an email thanking me for my application explaining the fees and the confirmation number and that application fees are non-refundable even if denied. So on March 22, 2023 I received a decision letter showing denial for A. Criminal history which they went all the way back 18 years. B. Insufficient income to support rent and C. Not my credit score but a "moderate level of collection items". I called and spoke to ******, after finally getting to speak to her and never receiving calls back, EVER, and she explained that I could write a letter to corporate explaining each of the charges on Charges on my criminal background report. So I wrote that letter and explained all of it and turned it into ****** the next day March 23, 2023. On April 1, 2023 I received a Pet Screening profile which I completed and returned and it said if not completed in a timely manner it could result in denial of my rental application. Too many things to cover here. I can't upload supporting documents here.
