I brought my new RAV4 for minor dent damage to the rear driver side door. They collected my $500 co-pay up front in order to preorder the parts that would take 5 weeks to arrive. I brought my car in on the arranged date and was told it would take a week to repair. After 5 weeks at their shop and multiple broken promises I finally got fed up and said I was going to get my car on the ensuing Friday. They convinced me to wait til the following Monday. On Monday they called me telling me the car is ready. I go to pick it up and immediately notice the damaged wheel was untouched. They keep the car another two weeks. I pick up the car and immediately notice the AWD emblem is missing. They apply the emblem and I take the car home. I get home and notice a screw is missing in the right rear mud flap....what else is there I can't see that is wrong? Their quality control is non-existent and all the while I am made to feel bad for getting upset!!! I am requesting $100 for my time and expenses for each time I had to go back to the shop to get my supposedly finished vehicle repaired as promised .... total $300.
