I placed an order on 9-17-21, order number ******** for part ************* and was sent part number ************* which is no where near the correct part. I've tried over and over, even sent pictures, and they are still saying its the same part, its clearly not. Now they don't want to provide shipping for me to get a refund for their mistake. It is your companies mistake and after dealing with all of this I looked your company up and there are all kinds of this happening in your company. Your company has a reputation of shipping out the wrong item and making the customers pay for the returns and restocking fee when it is your company that made the mistake and should it be on your company to correct the problem! Complete fraud! Do not do business with this company, shop elsewhere. Your company is responsible for the shipping back with no restocking fee, the pic on the left is the item they shipped no where near the item I need, even the part # is not the same from what I ordered.Business response
