  I have had the opportunity to use Steamy Concepts Restoration for many different properties we manage, from leaks to fire damage and everything between. We are more than pleased and will continue to use Steamy Concepts. In particular, **** ********* is amazing. He always makes sure to keep us informed of progress on our jobs, what needs to be done, and completion timelines. He is on top of it, honest and trustworthy. 100%. His team is top notch as well, we recently had ****** and ***** demo our kitchen in preparation for a remodel. When we came home from work, the job was done, they were able to salvage a granite countertop perfectly and the area was clean. We will continue to use them for all of our needs professionally and personally. If you want the job done right without the hassle, by a company that actually cares, call Steamy Concepts.

  Completely upset about my clients experience. I would not recommend Steamy Concepts. When they arrived they said if you want it really clean and pet smell removed that will cost $425. The quote to do the job was $245 via email. That didnt include removing pet smell. I said Ill remove the pet order you clean the carpet. Then via email after job I was informed they dont put their carpet cleaning under warranty unless you get the more expensive cleaning. Whatever that means. Thats outrageous & ******* wont hold up because the license requires them to stand behind their work. Anyway, very dissatisfied. Several stains, that didnt seem that bad, still visible & will have to be redone. I have a carpet cleaning machine so Ill just do it myself. I will be letting them know Im dissatisfied. Something else I thought odd. They insisted on recording our conversation while they explained their extra charge. Which stated to get it really clean & ****** wont come back, it will cost the $425. I refused and told them I expected my carpets to be clean. Thats what I called them for. I will be taking pictures of the dirty water from my cheap home carpet cleaner & send it to them. The whole process smelled like bait & switch.

  I called on the $99 special, along with $15 dollars a linear foot on upholstery. Technician came, and said that extra products were needed, and quoted me up to $1500, with the minimum quote being $800, where I was expecting to pay maybe $350 with the sofas. Absolute bait and switch, telling me he couldnt use their normal products on my carpet. Apparently dog pee triples the cost of carpet cleaning, and white couches means nearly double the cost per linear foot.I ultimately had to, since were having guests, but didnt get the upholstery done. I absolutely will not be using this place again.I wouldnt have minded paying more than the quote on the website, but dont quintuple the cost when you get here.Absolutely ridiculous.

  Overcharged what the insurance company would pay 'outside industry standards' by $600. Repair company recommended by them overcharged similarly. Avoid.

  Unprofessional and unpleasant company to deal with. My grandfather whom is elderly and on a fixed income was taken for granted by this company. I highly recommend staying away from doing any business with this company unless you like to be taken for granted and robbed!And if they dont get what they want out of you they will put a judgement on your home and take you to court ! If I was wealthy I would counter *** them for elder abuse !

  They were fast, pleasant and competent in drying out a small water leak in a closet but charged us $500 over what our insurance company said was the industry standard. They also recommended ****************** to repair the closet walls they tore out. That company gave us an estimate of >$2500. We did the work ourselves for ~$300.
