    We were extremely disappointed with this small business. We had booked them to set up a grazing table for 25 people for a backyard wedding the day after Thanksgiving. We received an EMAIL (not a phone call) from the owner on the morning of Thanksgiving, stating that due to a death in the family, he would be unable to do our event the following day. The owner said in the email that he could refund our money or offer us credit to do a larger event in the future. The fact that 1) he had no contingency plan for such an emergency; and 2) we received an email 24 hours before our event, on a holiday (when everything is closed), was incredibly stressful and inconvenient. We received our refund, though unfortunately, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

    Cuts & slabs charcuterie are the best in the business! ******************* & can help you out with last minute orders. The boards always look & taste incredible for any small or large event! I can't say enough about how amazing they are!!!
