Refund and Exchange Policy

We don't specifically guarantee our batteries (typically Energizers) - in general competitors that do guarantee batteries charge three to eight times a normal base-rate, with the anticipation that someone who has a battery fail before the warranty period ends won't be able to travel back to the original store.

A general clean and oil on a clock is not guaranteed for long-term continued running, but that is clearly communicated.

A complete service overhaul on a clock is guaranteed for six months. If a customer has a continued problem with a clock repair, they simply need to bring it back for us to do follow-up service; we do not generally offer monetary refunds. So, we guarantee our work, but do not generally allow a customer to simply demand their money back after we have completed a service effort, as the clock-maker doing the repair has already been paid.

Battery-operated clock movements have a one year guarantee from the manufacturers, with the exclusion of outdoor installations - Arizona is simply too hot for a battery operated clock movement to continue to operate correctly.

Watch cleanings and repairs have a one year guarantee on the labor (there would be a charge for any incremental parts).
